  1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejGBNLf3iUU Choooon as they say. Great memories of my holiday to Ibiza in 1998 with my ex-wife and our friends, listening to this as the sun came up. Hands in the air at 5:40.

  5. Would it extend to the prosecution of vloggers simply for being vloggers? I hope so.
  6. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5rRZdiu1UE Had a Beasties day today
  7. Great thread Lat, really enjoyed it mate. Kudos for doing your first trip on your own. Lots of pictures too, which I love. Nice one.
  8. Loving Massive Attack this afternoon. Great track and video which briefly features one of my favourite comedy actors, Mark Heap albeit in a more sinister way. The reference to The Shining is great too . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vi76bxT7K6U
  9. How about the greatest live performance by the greatest band the UK has produced? IMHO of course https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9boFzhUVG4
  10. Very nice.
  11. I remember them! They were from up my way I think. You might like Fastway, the band Fast Eddie Clarke formed when he left Motorhead. Cliched yes, but rocking good fun https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2NGZttlZAVw
  12. Reminds me of this: https://youtu.be/lwoSFQb5HVk
  13. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vi76bxT7K6U Had Massive Attack on the playlist in the car today. One of my favourites.
  14. It slipped me by too. I first heard of them about 6 years ago when a bloke doing our guttering recommended them and burned me a copy of Fear Of A Blank Planet. Been hooked ever since.
  15. Seriously loved them as videos, I bloody adore finding new stuff to listen too - this'll be playlisted first thing now. Cheers Rob, great call. No worries, it's a shame he's not more well known but maybe that's how he likes it. Integrity over popularity so to speak. Do seek out other PT and his solo work, it's all good
  16. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efsm6aJPybg Porcupine Tree's Fear Of A Blank Planet. Steven Wilson is a genius. His solo stuff is even more impressive. Drive Home is as sublime as it is moving. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ycYewhiaVBk Rips me apart every time.
  17. Not when you need verifocal glasses. wear my contacts and can't always see the SatNav. Fortunatly the Digital speedo is readable. I use varifocal lenses, they're readily available.
  18. I love riding down to Rye. The roads are very good. You mentioned the parking. Didn't you squeeze through the barrier of the car park? That's what I always do. The chippy there is brill.
  19. Smashing. Great pics! I love the Elan Valley.
  20. The A483? It's excellent https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xLymb6cazpA
  21. Aah tuning. It's an expensive business. You get little return for a lot of money. Based on tuning my GSXR1100 in the 90's I went CC's first, then cylinder head, carbs and exhaust. This is based on memory, I've long lost the dyno readouts. Standard bike was knocking out 132bhp at the back wheel according to Rhyno Dyno in Croydon. 1280cc cylinder kit from TTS with Cosworth pistons got this up to 141bhp. Gas flowed head and Yoshimura stage 2 cams increased it to 150bhp-ish. 38mm Mikuni RS Powerjet Carbs with K&N jets and Stage 3 filters got maybe another 5bhp. A full Vance and Hines 4 into 1 exhaust system got the final reading to 162bhp at the back wheel which at the time was mental. As was the engine In a straight line not even my current K1200S is as fast as that bike was. It was insane, wheelspins everywhere and the front coming up in 5th just on the throttle. I did a RWYB at Santa Pod and managed 10.25 @ 148mph over the quarter. It was fun for about a year but so impractical to ride on a day to day basis. I still miss it Cost? Don't even go there
  22. Yeah, don't know what it is with the pictures, it's been a bit iffy with me today. I'm using imgur now after jumping ship from photobucket recently. I have to say this never happened with photobucket when I posted pictures but now they want to charge mucho mazola for the privilege so I left. It's a shame because I preferred PB. By the way, all pictures were taken on iPhone 7 Plus. For me, there really isn't a need to take a 'pro' camera with the quality of phone cameras these days.
