I think TC is 'suffering' from 'no volunteers' to 'sort' the Tag Completed pictures. Not sure what he needs (apart from a little support). . . . . . . Note I said 'little' Anyone good with IT could offer to help.

OK, that seems to fit OK (falling over that is!). I'll bring extra undies Cat - Won't be the same as the white ones you bought me last time - I had the pi$$ taken out of me but..... At least I was dry (where it counts!). Got a great deal on a midget (spy) wireless camera for t'bog - Just need to rig it up to the 'wide screen' in the bar. 1 day to go!!!!!

There is only one that is too small to be able to run away!
-
A few of us tried to convince Neil that ours was the better option but.... Now who am I going to put to sleep with my inane chatter - Looks like Bob (or Roy, Alan, Dave, Bex, Cat, etc. etc. etc....) I'll bring you back a 'prezzie' Neil (probably a bent bottle top).

Well you got triple digits! Well done. Just when I thought I was catching up with Priest - he goes and bags the South West. You are really going for it Priest - With winter approaching, do you think you'll get all the tags? My 'Rally Tags' will complete the 'Midlands' group, NE is planned for August (as is NW and Wales) -Mind you, taking last years plan - I did not get to do wales until October! Bl@@dy weather Word of caution for anyone doing Leath Tower (Dorking). The 'raod' to the tower is NOT suitable to take a road bike up - I got about half way (the track had turned into a rough path with tree roots, loose gravel, rocks, mud and steep slopes when I was forced to turn back). 'halcrown / sixpence time for those who remeber the saying. Alternative is to trudge up a quarter mile of steep and uneven 'steps' from the 'car park' and with my bad back, that is a non-stater these days Therefore just a piccy of the sign at the bottom of said 'steps' will have to suffice - After all, the spirit of the 'Challenge' is to get you out to these places on the bike and I certainly did that! Take care.

Oh my god I reckon every part of my body would go numb and lock into place for the whole weekend riding pillion on your bike the whole way! Lol! You have one very nice bike Bob but defo was designed to not have a pillion ruin its looks haha - half hour at a time is all good but I couldn't do a great deal longer methinks . It's all good, Goggy's picking me up on the back of his bike- we've been arranging it by email, forgot to let everyone know . Thanks too Nello. Also, guessing you're getting naked at the rally?? Greg- Moo's seen that pic before, hilarious! How the hell did they stop the wheels bumping and changing direction all the time like all my cases do?! Derek - I'm not that bad! Also, loved the Ollie having wind comment! He'd better get it all out his system before getting in the tent!! Don't quite know what I'm letting myself in for .........
-
Aww, cheers Rennie!!! Shall I get you a Maccy D's while I'm there?! Don't worry, I wouldn't forget! Did you get my email Moo ?
-
If you are close (Nudge: Put your location in your profile!), I'm certain someone will be close enough to help.

No thanks - all sorted now - Thank you very much for the offer though Stu - I'm on form because life is not too bad at the moment - My daughter has secured a room in 'assisted living' accomodation and moves out next wednesday. The weather is allowing me out on t'bike (at least at the mo). Rally approaching. Soon be Christmas All in all, not too bad at all.

Either half past twenty too or could be later (or earlier) dependent on what time it is when I get there!
-
Get yourself a Rally T-Shirt (see link on the 'Site News' banner). There is a list of who is coming on viewtopic.php?f=11&t=45500. See you there! NB. Posted at the same time Stu!

I'm not done yet! But I doubt I'll be doing Scotland You should have booked the Rally Throttled - Could have got quite a few more Tags on that run. I do admire the effort Priest has put in (and Throttled for Scotland twice in a row) - Others are also finding out that its a great way to see new sights and enjoy new roads (as well as meeting fellow bikers of all types on all sorts of bikes). Don't think I'll get 'second' this year but - Summer has only just started!
-
Come on - What is it all about?
-
First heard that one in the late 60's! Showing your age there Bob!!!

Tuesday. A1 Northbound approaching Tempsford. Driving the 'cage' Traffic starts to slow and queue - Blue lights in the distance - Right-hand lane traffic indicating to pull in to the left lane. I indicate and pull over to the left (nice chap(ess) allowing me room to do so). Twohat in Mondeo (new style) behind me flashes lights and accelerates (in right-hand lane) up to about a foot from the car in front of him. Everyone slowing down. Twohat puulls sharp left (without indicating) - I had to stamp on the bakes to avoid hitting him on the nearside wing. Twohat stops (still at about 45 dgrees and blocking both lanes) and gesticulates at me! WTF?? A second or two later he pulls off and joins the queue. Once past the police (and broken down car in the outside lane) I pulled out and passed him leaving him in the queue. Nob of the Day - I would put him up for 'Nob of the year'!
