Exactly!!!................talk to yourself all the time, junction coming up, get into position, mirror, gear, etc etc. Forget about the instructor, try and leave him behind.............without speeding of course. My instructor was miles behind me, he kept saying "pull over at the next safest opportunity" I was lucky I think. The re-frame here is that you will have so much experience under pressured conditions, that when (and I mean when) you finally pass..............you will probably want to do your advanced. Keep at it pal..............fingers crossed next time is the one.

I once went to Elvington airfield in Yorkshire with a Hayabusa forum I was on when I had mine. The 200mph club. Same principle really..........do whatever you can to your bike/car to get it to do 200mph or more. I witnessed a few 200+ bikes on the day with the fastest being 226mph.............the ground shook when that bugger came past me. It all sounds a very good day and glad everyone enjoyed it. Can you use flashing cycle lights on a motorcycle? Can you use flashing cycle lights on a motorcycle? Some riders are starting to use flashing bicycle lights in addition to their normal dipped beam when they are riding through heavy traffic. The trouble is that it is illegal under the Road Vehicle Lighting Regulations 1989 which say that lamps on motor vehicles have to show a steady light, unless it's an indicator, emergency vehicle headlamp, a warning beacon or special warning lamp fitted to a Police vehicle. However if you clip or tape the lights to your clothing, then they aren't vehicle-mounted and aren't subject to the lighting regulations... This is a quote taken from the Motorcylcing news last month So maybe................if the lights are on you and not attached to the bike, all will be well
