Hello and welcome. Might be worth getting a Haynes manual and having a look yourself. But if it was repaired by a garage following the crash then you must take it back to them to sort out. Also tell your insurance company that it wasn't fixed correctly.

Windows will default to their own browser, Explorer or Edge depending on your system. It's a while since I used a Windows phone but when I had one I just searched for Chrome and downloaded the app, then used that to access the internet. It solved a lot of problems. Nah , no joy , Chrome isn't available for windows. I'm going to have to go back to android I guess but I really like windows. I use Chrome on my windows PC at home and at work. Maybe the phone is more restricted. Time to get a decent phone, or rather one with a decent operating system.
