  1. They show highlights on Channel Five at 7:00pm on Tuesday. For live action I think it's pay view only.
  2. This is why I hate camping.
  3. Hope your tents aren't leaking.
  4. If you are over 24 you might as well do the DAS and get the full A licence. If you are under 24 your options are slightly more limited.
  5. I have the Triumph alarm which is a Datatool one fitted and it also auto sets after about 45 seconds. The Triumph keys are coded to the ECU so effectively immobilise the bike if the correct key is not used. I also use a Triumph Artego U lock on the front and an ABUS Granite disk lock for the back. The U-lock can also be used to attach bike to appropriate street furniture, if available, instead of going through the front wheel. Councils really need to put decent street furniture in more places to attach bikes to. I realise that none of the above will stop a determined thief but hopefully it is enough to make most of them go elsewhere.
  6. Enjoy the rally folks. I'm on a bike safe course today.

  9. Leather is the best for slide protection but not for hot weather. I have ended up with about six different jackets and trousers and gloves to suit different times of the year and different weather conditions. A mixture of leathers and textiles. But I’m a bit of a kit collector.
  10. You go to bed? Bloomin ‘eck. Lightweight or what? I’m too busy working or cleaning up after my children to go to bed! You were lucky, etc etc
  11. I bought a Frank Thomas mesh jacket for this weather and it has been wonderful along with the Rukka mesh gloves. I use the new Hood jeans which have a mesh liner to allow air to flow around.
  12. They are a vicariously pain free way for good learning opportunities.

  19. My Tiger 800 was in the sun all day today with a full tank of fuel and no drips from the overflow pipes.
  20. If it is brand new, it will need the first service and possibly some subsequent ones to maintain any warranty at the supplying dealer, or recognised service agent. Also when you come to sell it this will be reflected in the value.
  21. I should add that the only way to master counter-steering and slow speed manoeuvres is to do it, lots of times. Videos can only take you so far, but practice makes you a master.
  22. then get one from the dealer from whom you bought it.
