  1. its best to do a sewarch for your local biker down. eg the link below is for bikerdown herts. There is a little more info on there. Biker Down Course Tickets, Multiple Dates | Eventbrite
  2. how do you embed the youtube video. i couldnt work it out.
  3. i have wanted to do this for some time, just never got round to it. They seem to fill pretty quickly as well, currently August is the only remaining slot.
  4. this looked like a great opportunity to take one before my Italy trip in May. Unfortunately they are all booked up.
  5. that is very beautiful, good luck with the sale
  6. i get they want to hold up the gentleman side but i think as long as you are dressed appropriately it shouldn't matter what bike you are on.
  7. I had a similar thing when selling a table and chairs. Everyone wants something for free so i said bollox to them and game to the the British heart foundation instead.
  8. i am not familiar with that camera but i know the RODE wireless mics are very popular with some cameras I use a cabled purple panda Mic in my GoPro and its very good. And was cheap.
  9. congratulations Dont bother with MOD1 and 2 on the 125. as you will have to go through it all again when you want a bigger bike. Keep riding your 125 on your CBT and work towards full license. Riding your 125 will help with your full license as you learn bike and body positioning, gear changes etc. I did this for 6months and i only needed 2 full day lessons before taking MOD1 (and a half day before MOD2). It made it a lot cheaper.
  10. never done this but always wanted to. I do not have a classic bike (or the right gear) so not sure i am allowed to do it.
  11. DGR Registration open. The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
  12. To be honest he is mostly using his balance bike now. Maybe he crashed it on purpose.
  13. see this all the time. I am in Docklands now so not so prevalent, when i was in the city it was pandemonium. I have seen really busy cross junctions where the bikes dodge traffic to turn right and they have the audacity to moan when they get knocked off. .
  14. No plug in here, purely run on old fashioned leg power.
  15. My 2 year old grandson has crashed his car. Looks like a right off to me.
  16. This weekend is a wash out so no 2 wheeled action. The wife is away all weekend at my daughters so its me and the boy, he has a match Sunday morning so that is all i have planned.

    Bar end mirrors

personally I don't think any bar end mirrors will give you a better view than the ones with arms. At least that is my opinion. Bar end mirrors look good but I don't think they are great functionally.

    Cordless Jetwash

what do you do about water then? do you still have to run a hose or can it use a bucket?
  19. the X1 is supposed to be excellent. Personally i dont use anything, mainly as i dont really leave my bike anywhere where theft is a big risk. There is underground secure parking at work and when i use it for pleasure i am generally riding it or in a cafe car park. At hoome it is in my back garden locked in a metal shed, very few people will even know i own a bike. Plus its not a hugely desirable bike, street triples are 2 a penny. I am going on a trip in May to the Italian Alps but we are only booking hotels with secure parking.
  20. what i dont understand here is. If you are indeed a novice rider (you also mentioned L plates) why did you think a Ninja H2 was going to be a bike you could use in the UK? Surely the only reason to import this bike was to sell it on?
  21. Street Triple R
  22. i do use Pinlock but probably more as a habit than if i actually notice the difference. As you say most new helmets come with them so i just automatically use it.
  23. happy belated birthday, same day as my wife
