  1. I’m in a Facebook bike ‘group’. Not a proper bike club or anything just a kind of social group, but have been on plenty of rideouts. About 15 of us did 450 miles to and around Wales on Monday. It is a good laugh and I do enjoy the group rides. We do have a club here in Leicester as well who have their own clubhouse and stuff, they’re not an MC or anything, but haven’t joined up to them. Think it’s like £12 a year or something. If you’re happy to ride with others then go for it!
  2. Just been and picked these up from the post office
  3. New ninja 650? That’s touching the 70bhp mark from a twin I believe, not too aggressive riding position.
  4. Bike night going strong here still, headed down yesterday for an hour, very busy! There was probably the same amount of bikes out of shot too. Didn’t have any food but I do plan on stopping for brekkie there’s one weekend
  5. E cig coil would have cotton inside of it, and probably would have the plastic on it as it would end up melting. Judging by the grubbiness of it I doubt it has come off your bike as it looos like it’s been run over a few times
  6. Absolutely sick of the weather this summer. My first with the bike and it has been absolutely dreadful then again I wouldn’t have gone bike night anyway as it was incredibly boring last month!
  7. Has anyone heard anything more about this? Haven’t seen much more info
  8. I went back at the end of may, was a decent turnout. Can also flick between here and caffeine and machine, seems to be what most of the bikers were doing hence a lot of groups coming and going
  9. Yep I felt the same. I’m sure it’d be better if I weren’t on my own, but yeah it’s kind of just like a car park with not a lot happening and there’s only so many times you can walk along the row of bikes!
  10. It’s not grey / black and red is it? Its the grey black rs I see one most mornings around Narborough, heading towards Fosse park and then again on the way home, not you by any chance?
  11. I nipped down for 5 minutes, was on my own so got bored straight away and then left. Managed to stall it pulling out my space as well Ended up going for a blast to Hinckley and then the long way back home
  12. Only ordered from there once and they selected my stuff to a ‘local’ dpd shop. Which turned out to be a shop 8 miles away down single track lanes and not any of the ones that are in my village
  13. I doubt many places will stock it in person. Unless you live out in the sticks amazon usually deliver the same day these days. Well they do for me anyway! Worst case is it’ll be here tomorrow
  14. Today’s nob(s) of the day. About 75% of the bikers out today wearing shorts and t shirts and trainers whilst riding
  15. If the idiots that managed them would remember to turn the 40/50mph speed limits off then they’d be alright. Every time I go up the m1 now it says 50mph even if there’s no danger around. Or ‘reports of pedestrian in road’ for 10 miles even though the pedestrian was 500 metres before the first sign saying it!
  16. I really enjoyed their previous series, this one is South America to LA! https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.motorcyclenews.com/amp/news/long-way-up-tv-/
  17. Tomorrow cancelled, not surprising really. Let’s hope it’s better for July, still haven’t made one yet and it’s less than a mile from my house!
  18. Rugby is usually cheap to travel from. I usually go from rugby as it’s like £15 to go London compared to £100 from Leicester. You could try seeing the price from rugby to Birm New Street then New Street to Manchester, sometimes it works out cheaper (like buying tickets from leic - market harborough and then market harborough - London instead of leic - London direct
  19. You'll make a fine pregnant power ranger Not confident to ride in the rain yet having only been riding a couple weeks
  20. Didn’t make it myself, forecast said rain so I didn’t bother. Typically it didn’t rain but hey ho!
