I also spend a fair few days at santa Pod and agree totally.
By the way is there mileage in a TMBF meet at a RWYB day ?
I think it could be fun for those that want to play on the strip and lots of opportunity for piss taking from those that just want to watch.
By the way it can become very addictive lol.
What do you think @Stu ?

Might be worth checking out "Frank Thomas " stuff as I believe they are made by the same people.
Checkout J&S factory outlet in Finedon Northants which is H.Q and where I have had alterations done in the past.

I rode 20 miles to the garage to have my fuelling map updated but for some reason the return journey was 65 miles and included a sausage sandwich and a pint lol.
It was a lovely afternoon.

This afternoon I had the fuelling map on the Harley updated to take into account the stage 1 upgrades to the exhaust and air filter.
I have to say she feels smoother and the pick up is better without the popping and banging when on the overrun.
Apparently it will be more fuel efficient getting that unevenness and popping under control so maybe if I keep it long enough I will save the money I just spent lol.

I agree.
As you are probably selling it why not leave it as it is and advise the new owner of the work that would be caused by having a lot of keys on a keyring.

Eat with one and sleep with the other!
Your choice which way round.
Remember if it`s got tits or tyres it will be expensive trouble.

I do know of people who have hidden complete motorcycles and cars in friends barns until safe to reveal.
In one case a Laverda Jota and a Bandit 1200 since the early 2000`s with no intention of telling their other half.

Yep, similar. The wifes best friend sat on mine.
My fault though, I should have taken them off.
Without pictures you know it never happened !

Wishing you and your family all the best for the future.
Understand your reluctance regarding your husbands choice to get back on the horse so to speak but I applaud you for your stance on it.
After all there is no point in friction in the household as he will do what he wants prefferably with your blessing.

November 2022 we have finally got ourselves a great holiday !
Carribean Island of Guadaloupe where they film the BBC series Death in Paradise.
Day 2 into the surf at a beach that was recommended called Glugny and got swamped by a wave and lost the glasses I had forgotten I was wearing.
Call to optician back home goes "Hi your not going to believe this but" Oh yes sir that happens a lot !
Very strange next few days trying to do normal things whilst being basically a bat !

Patience is definately the best course of action.
Any extracting tools will potentially make things worse.
Please check out videos of others using various easy-outs etc then leave yours to soak a little while longer.
Someone I worked with a long time ago said before applying a shed load of torque to the problem spend some time gently tapping the fastener with a metal hammer while holding a gentle pressure in the direction you want to go.
Good luck.

Is this the point that someone posts a copy of the old advert for the revolving self cleaning visor that used to be available?

Just a thought @Mississippi Bullfrog have you seen the bone shaped bag holders for pooch walking?
Ideal for your damp sponge and quite easy to zip tie to handlebars.
Hope that helps.

Good Evening
I thought I'd just about recovered from whatever I/We have had since weeks before Christmas!
I was feeling about 98% normal ( normal for me I mean ).
Now I think it's coming back again!
Not ill as such just feeling drained and funny head/ear/sinus stuff going on
That is an exact description of what Carol is going through, Prior to our holiday sinus and severe hearing loss in one ear.
A few days after the new year felt much better then last week almost back to square one with the symptoms which we blamed on her workplace (hospital) but we keep hearing of others with similar issues.

Congratulations.
I had the 2019 Fatboy for a while and it does take a bit of getting used to.
To be fair mine had a stage2 tune and was a little lively lol.
