  14. it sounds like it is either the starter motor again or the starter solinoid.the clicking you can hear will be the solinoid trying to turn starter motor over it is behind side panel remove the panel press start button you will find it and tap it with screwdriver see if it then turns bike over
  15. doesnt sound like you have adjusted the chain correctly what bike is it and when you fitted new front sprocket on did it have less teeth than before as that might make sprocket smaller hence chain hitting swinging arm
  16. check voltage to battery with ign off and then with bike running before changing reg/rec it might just need a good charge up
  17. if you have got a trickle charger then charge it overnight and see what happens then or check voltages on battery terminals to see if its charging, did shop take the engine out to repair it if so have they plugged all the wires back in correctly

  22. are you making sure that both mating surfaces are clean or any residue compounds that might of been used and then using a smear of silicone sealant round both edges of the gasket will help seal it also dont just do it up work in diagonal on the bolts to tighten it down
  23. check the air filter as well and if it has been standing around for a while get some fresh fuel in it that will make a difference
