Did you have a heart attack griptwister ?.........If you didn't, I guess their diagnosis was correct. I've got to say that the treatment that I've had from the NHS over the years has been exemplary. I had chest pains a few years back and phoned 101.....They took my details and told me to get to the A&E as quickly as possible ( I insisted that I didn't need an ambulance, and against their instruction, I drove there)....I was seen very quickly as they were expecting me.....bloods were taken and I was hooked up to an ECG......An hour or so later, they got my blood test results back from the lab and checked the ECG and said that it wasn't a heart attack and I was clear to go. Thing is with private hospitals, I've not seen an A&E or Trauma unit at any Bupa or Nuffield hospital....never seen an air ambulance landing point at any of them either. People that think the American medical system is so wonderful need to look at the number of American citizens who declare bankruptcy due to medical care costs every year.
