    Don't worry about it mate. Hope you can make one of the events next weekend mate. Both the rideout and the First Bike on Scene should be good I reckon. Just hope the weather holds out and we get some good numbers!!!

    Anyone got any of these? Just wondering how comfy and effective they are? Reports suggest fully waterproof, but a little on the cold side in cold weather.     Fun day out although apart from petrol stations never stopped anywhere.... Was having too much fun. The bike seemed to be perfect today!! Grin factor all the way!!!

    Nipping up to the Cat & Fiddle and probably stopping off at Matlock.... Might be popping down to that Bike Shop in Clay Cross as well.... Just to drool over bikes I can't afford more than anything!!! If anyone is out and about grab my number out of the contact section and let me know. Oh, if the weather is good in your area and you can get out today then do it!!!! Weather is set to change to pure crap for next few days after this!!!

    Purely depends on how baggy your current gear is. Best thing you can do is get tooled up and go to a place that sells them. Mine had some slack so fitted perfectly under my jacket.

    Get a back protector!! You wear a helmet so that in the event of an accident it should protect your brain to allow it to carry on telling the rest of your body what to do. Whats the point if you broke your spine and your brain can't send signals to your arms and legs anymore to get them to move? Near worst case scenario, but it happens!! I have this one.     Think I am off around that time as well. Will be around for MFN (Nottingham on Wednesday or Monday night) Cat & Fiddle (Any day) Matlock (Any Day) Clay Cross bike shop... I like it. Good roads to and from and a chance to drool over bikes and have a coffee!!

    Home safe. Been a fun day!!! 100m visibility on the Cat & Fiddle was not my idea of fun and the rain has been a right sod today, but all in all nothing but fun!!!!

    No worries Susie. Just an idea as we can all meet up and stuff a McDonalds down our face before going to the museum. I think at worst it's only about a 15 minute ride between the two places (I know speed cameras are around that area though) so if you are peckish that day then come down!!

    Right I have put a registration up. Would be grateful if those interested could add their name to it to let me know. I reckon we get there between 10:30am and 11am. I was wondering if everyone wanted to meet at the Bassetts Pole and ride in together.... Mainly because I don't know my way too well to the museum and their is a McDonalds next door we could all buy breakfast in!! Will put a link in a bit for directions to the museum and to the Bassetts Pole in a bit.

    Nothing yet, althoug Sunday seems to be the better option, so going for that. Would just be nice to have a little more interest, but I am sure it will happen.

    PMSL I think the helmet will be ok. You could get it paid to be x-rayed I suppose if it's not a Arai lid. I remember hitting a sparrow in my first car... Little sod got it's revenge on the way out though. It went straight into my engine bay and pushed a water pipe that connected my radiator as a dying last act!!! One instantly over heating car!!!!

    One other thing to be wary off about the helmet. I am not such which is which, but some can't be painted!! I am sure anyone who does the work will be able to tell you what's what though!!
