Ground anchor reviews?

have a search on google for y anchor, they have a website, think they cost around £70 - £100, wonder how practical it would be to make your own out of scaffold pipe or something similiar? oh and you might need one of these http://www.atlascopco.us/Images/302480_456.jpg -
I have waited a long time to use that smiley!! and I would never be silly enough to mention buying beer for the admins this close to the rally

as my Wife always says i'm the most negative person in history I thought I would start this thread to prove her wrong think of it as the anti-nob thread, there must be some good people around who have done something nice Who has done something today that would make you want to buy them a beer? I'll start by saying thanks to the white van man ( seriously!) who pulled up next to me at the lights to say the end cap off my silencer had come off about half a mile down the road managed to retrieve it and it is back on now, the retaining screw had come out . So cheers white van man in Baildon

that is the only thing that is enjoyable for me about having L plates. nob heads dont expect that its a very pissed off 15 stone guy in his 30's that they are harassing by driving up my arse blocking me off etc

Seal was my nickname from when i was a kid, the first email address i had i wanted seal@ but of course that was taken so it became loneseal, used that handle for practically everything online related for years. got fed up of it and being married with 2 lone didn't seem to fit anymore

Tiggie is the name of my cat, she follows me everywhere and gets on my wife's nerves as she loves to sleep in the centre of the bed and fights to keep her place!
