  1. She's been laid like this for nearly 10 minutes. You've got 20 minutes to wait yet
  2. Pretty much my life at the moment
  3. Try giving a quick side nod. Easier and quicker I still do it in the car much to my wife's amusement Though you'll find in bike season around the busy spots you won't bother anyway as there is so many bikers it gets annoying
  4. New addition to the family as of today. My name of Lord deathbringer the third is being ignored in favour of Lucy apparently. I reckon my name suits her more
  5. Managed to find it in the manual after a bit of searching. Not the easiest of manuals to read!! https://blurocmotorcycles.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Bluroc_Spirit-125_Manual_EN-2021.pdf 1.3 litres is the amount you need for an oil change
  6. I'm assuming different places have different policies. I spent too long working at one about a dozen years ago or so. It would depend on customer. If it was someone I recognised as a regular I'd let him pay next time he came in. For others there would be a form to fill in and we'd take a photocopy of I.D. if possible, think it was 7 days then was reported to police. Funny story. Once had a guy get back in his car after filling up and drive off, looking back on camera it seemed likely he had got distracted talking to person on the next pump and simply forgot about paying. Nethertheless we had to report it to the police. An officer came around to have a look at the cctv and when viewing it he literally said " holy shit" out loud and got on his radio. Two more turned up shortly after to watch it as well. Turned out it was their Chief Inspector
  7. @rennie that's great
  8. Can't believe it's November and I've managed to mow the lawns. Don't think that's ever been possible before

    Welcome to the forum
  11. I had a ring doorbell for quite a few years, no real issues. I have switched to a nest doorbell now as it integrates better with our google hubs we have in house. We have one of these in living room and kitchen.. .. Alerts and show's on screen when someone presses doorbell or even just comes near door. Very nice as well to shout go away through the speaker when certain relatives come around
  12. When I went on holiday I used to take the front wheel off my bike and store it in the house
  13. Have a look at this page. It has the service manual for your bike. Should be plenty of diagrams and pictures etc. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1208156/Yamaha-Ybr-125.html
  14. I'd have a look for a Haynes manual for your bike. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/394118640409?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=tegzt6pmqdi&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=oERdwDCnQ9i&var=662644107993&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY They can be invaluable for your bike, especially if you are doing the work yourself
  15. Looks like a breather hose. Where is the other end attached?
  16. Think of it more like a mechanic asking you what oil you put in your bike. You can use whatever you want in it as it's your bike but he will point out why its crap and what you should be using. I think someone on here once mentioned they knew a person who had (or was threatened with) their burner removed by council as they kept burning wooden pallets in their stove and had 2 or 3 chimney fires because it. I am probably far too over cautious with what I put in the house stove, I get a log delivery yearly, keep it stored in a section of the garage and always have a couple of large washing baskets full of logs to burn in the house, transferring from garage when they get empty. This way the logs are bone dry plus will be warmer than outside so will burn easier. As I said, far too cautious I know Fo the first few months we used the bags of logs you can buy at B&M/Home bargains type places. Looking back I realise how shit they were, glass would always be blackening over completely when burning. I barely even have to give it a wipe nowadays
  17. He actually inspected the wood I use I inherited this from my Father-In-Law which I use in garden to burn all the crap stuff
  18. Chimney sweep day today. He is very happy with the soot type and amount he's swept out. He says I must know how to start a good fire
  19. Panels will probably just be a few screws that need undoing.
  20. Many years ago my bike was stolen. When I got it back I saw they had tried using a screwdriver in the ignition ( it was an old bike but not that old) and then cut random wires and twisted them together like they must of seen on tv. I managed to fix it with some crimp connectors. Luckily they had not damaged the ecu with their attempted hot wiring. Only problem I had after that was the key was a little loose in the barrel but not bad enough to bother replacing.
  21. It may help knowing that an AJS Modena is the same scooter. Might find parts for that bike which will fit.
  22. I'd check to make sure the battery has been fitted correctly and the terminals are connected securely. Would also check that the new battery is correct for the bike
  23. Have you checked the oil level?
  24. Ours broke recently and I've got to say I really hated using normal oven while waiting for the replacement
  25. Got to say I was shocked how nice they actually are. Best Served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on the side
