I did this at beginning of the year but fell off the wagon come lockdown Used to do it on Wifes treadmill so I knew I was always running at a consistent speed. I remember the first day that had a full 20 minute run with no walking I almost cried!! thought there was no way I'd manage it (I think the most the program had you just run before that was for 8 minutes) but I did, somehow

@geofferz I didn't say you could not get a mortgage with debt. I said you couldn't use a loan as a deposit on a mortgage

Short answer is No as it's classed as debt by the mortgage company not available funds for a deposit We borrowed 6k off my wife's mother to help with our deposit and the mortgage company wanted a written letter from her signed to say it was a gift and she would not be asking us to pay it back!!

I worked in the Jewellery trade for about 5 years. Part of our training was being told that we must never say anything bad about the shops products and if things came back faulty to always say "thats interesting" "I've never seen that before" etc
