Think a open public domain for any viewer capable of operating a computer is able to view is more correct.

Big enough yea! a lot of air pressure is built up there but is it angled correctly or the correct height for the goven rider if he's short or tall?? for the correct down force at a certain speed needed for the bike's chassis at a certain track to useful (not enough and its pointless to be useful) or a hinderance? (Its gives the suspension and tyres harder work as its working to soon too much when its not necessary). Plus it has to balance with what the front is doing... to get the best out of it that is variable track to track biase. even air temp (while at speed) can have an impact on its performance at any given setting. so to put it bluntly yes but to get the best use out of it it isnt a case of fit and forget.

Ear plugs
RideWithStyles replied to Simon Davey's topic in Clothing, Luggage, Accessories and Security
Ive never bothered with custom nor mentioned it cos so few people bother. i know my ear canals change alot so they won't fit half the time and there is no give in them to allow changes, also ive heard others have similar issues but if your one of the few that don't change ever then they are a very good option but Expensive if they don't work for you. -
Installed tail tidy with flashers - right side indicator doesn't work

Anyway sounds like either- it's a faulty unit of the light or reducer did you not test them before full final installation? made a bit of a boob with fitting it?which is very easy to do to be honest. or possibly cut, trapped or pulled out the connection wire somehow? did you just use the typical cheap nasty bullet clips? bodged the oem to what ever came or did you removed them to diy your own connections or hard wired together soldering? -

Ear plugs
RideWithStyles replied to Simon Davey's topic in Clothing, Luggage, Accessories and Security
Yep capt is correct. though really its down to the individuals body make up. Ear canal width, depth, straight, curved, how much hearing loss is already evident and what frequency they are, helmet and bike design frequencies they dampen or artificial enhance through wind, noise and vibrations..., speeds etc. the higher the SNR number the better but that doesn't always tell the whole story of what it doe reduce and where in the range of frequencies it hits those high numbers of reduction or even if that is what you really require for you hearing. foamy positives: generally do a better job of staying in and fitting to your ear. cheap throw away cleanse. If you know or geeky enough they come in many varieties of sizes, shapes, dampening characteristics. better damping out the noise but have a muffled effect that some dont like. negatives: The expanding can pressure the ear canal too much and give grief if poorly chosen. but as like with may things they aint all the same and not any particular one is the very best for everyone, more often you need to try many before you find the ones that work. higher waste. Stiff filtered Silicone like pinlock or auritech which was the best of their type https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/209932 positives: Can be reused many times and cleaned if with care. So less waste Wide range damped out but Some noise is allowed through. Quite a few people skin is better with certain slicones. negatives: cost more. not as good at dampening out but for some people that might be better. can hide micro bacteria and gunk, ear infections are more likely. if you lose one you're less likely to have spares then the chances of having to ride without defeating the purpose. they are affected by vibrations so they can transmit this to tour hearing so damage could come through this if not careful. there are quite a few of these types on the market and most are completely trash for motorcycle use but people market them for such even though really they are for lower grade use like small concert or sleeping. ears can sweat and chaf with the use of these with individuals which and make ichy or sore. Wax or soft set ear plugs... https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/99662 pretty much the worst with very little of no benefit. now ive tried all types and many many makes now as i said not one is the very best that everyone has to buy as due to requirements and preferences so i'll say i found Howard Leight Laser Lite soft foam earplugs - SNR 35db (30 Pairs) the best for me as compromise,i have small canals so they aint too big, they expand reasonably, shaped to help insert and take out, the material is pretty good to at not annoying my skin, damps out do good deal, cheap as chips especially if you get the bigger packs, easy to find in pockets and to stuff in small carry cases. -
Inner thigh....
RideWithStyles replied to Simon Davey's topic in Clothing, Luggage, Accessories and Security
Pants Also pulls it down and makes it naturally shorter, as the material has to travel longer distance of the bends of the groin, buttocks and knee area bending. How much of a difference this is depends on the clothing parts cut, individual body parts lengths and armour characteristics. Whereas the jacket in most cases will never be as bent or cramped as the legs (fairly unlikely even a race supersport bike in a racing tuck). -
Off memory aluminium alloy and the oxide coating if applied is a barrier but not invincible and alu is quite susceptible to damage of corrosion including salt, might not rust but still can get eaten at like sugar does to teeth. So additional protection while out in the environment before any damage occurs is the best option.

The relay? Dont you mean resistor? It should only need the resistor adding if the bike didn't have leds to start with but filaments bulbs. If it had old school bulbs in the system will be putting out too much power to the lights so it will go too fast, very unlikely but possible to blow the leds out if its a cheap set on a high power flow rate. Each light will generally need one resistor before the bulb but after and splits to left/right sides etc And if you somehow put two resistors to a bulb they probably won't work. if the resistor isnt wired correctly it will as nick said wont flow correctly and not allow power through. Resistors work one way, also colour coded says what rating and how much of a drop through it but generally dont work reverse. -
Wow that is different, one or the other as new rider i get but while both is different. Shamed to say it but i did it once with a disc lock at the trafford centre while the wife was on the back with my first bike, didnt drop it but came as a shock and cracked side of the mud guard. I was sooo annoyed at myself. with those coatings you only need a thin layer on, as joe says coat and lightly buff is all thats needed.

Well you dont have to unzip them to undo them but the rail will have to hang off the ceiling to stop the pants touching the floor, i know cos i do it at work sometimes and its not a clean carpeted area unfortunately. they have helmet, gloves and trainers, sure its custom made light weight kevlar woven outfit...i imagine , safety first!

£100 from a bike brand is very cheap but not always terrible, you can easily spend 3-4times that just for pants from a good brand let alone a vastly overpriced top tier option. -
Well how long was he working at your site/uk? Im unsure if any American insurers willingly take a private policy on a long time uk ridden bike, so id assume it is a uk insured policy? How high up the ladder is wankoYanko? Unless it gets a bit further murky as could it be insured through your company's vehicle insurance if hes top tier.

Even if you got it in the car i can still se it difficult to keep it steady without it smashing a window out. ten miles away, is it pushable? be a proper cheap, Get a work out and save 150plus. have you asked a local bike mechanic that has a van? Quiet at this time of year....
