On a positive note at least you know she is definatly a woman :D

Just use these fines against her when you need to get something for the bike

Thats a new set of leathers and a Drift HD action camera worth there

And then add court costs and legal fees to restore your credit rating. :?

Not necessarily relevant if it's a private parking company.

If it's a privately issued ticket there's no need to respond or pay and it seems that not even acknowledging communications from the firm is the way to get the least threatening letters through the post about it.

But if it was issued by the council you need to actively appeal or pay it as they can actually prosecute the registered keeper of the vehicle.

Frankly I'm disappointed with you Nogin.......you're the biker and therefore the rebel, lawbreaking maverick......seems that your wife has the better biker attitude......

Its a Civil parking notice, I think I may just tell them to Fook off!

That's not very civil.

Nor is a £60 demand for money with menaces for "overstaying" in a free car park for a few minutes, which is often the sort of thing that prompts this situation.

and often when there are other spaces for people to park in so its not like you are blocking anyones way..
