Oi!

Anyone from the Ipswich/Felixstowe area tagging along on this one?

You are! :)

Come and meet me and some others neer the blackwall tunnel!

Doubt I'll meet you at the tunnel matey boy, I'll be a bit pushed for time in the morning and I don't want to hold you up.

If the weather holds I'll catch you at the RV point at 2ish. :-)

For anyone interested, I'll be going down the A12 from Felixstowe with a stop at Asda in Greenhithe for fuel...

Megawatt - see you at blue boys between at around 2.30pm

For those meeting at the white hart, we'll be gone at 2.10pm so for serial latecomers you have 10mins grace ;)

If I'm not there I'll blast down the a21 and catch you up!

I was at the white hart today for lunch after a rideout.

Nice route - bit of a disaster though lol.

Care to elaborate?.....

8bikes started, only three left the halfway check point together.

4bikes got lost and needed to phone in, one bike went home before the halfway point, and one rider lost his keys so his bike is still there!!

At what??? ...not finding keys lol!!!

I think we've discovered we're all shit at finding keys...

This is true. Should have searched the kids in McDonalds...

I just hope whoever found the key wasnt waiting for us all to leave before calling in his mates with a truck and carting the bike away....

I went out with him yesterday, he's going to be seriously quick.

At what??? ...not finding keys lol!!!

Ah, I thought you meant how fast he was. He was seriously quick yesterday but seriously slow at finding his keys by the sound of it.

What happened?

Yeah... I'm definitely going to need to get a lanyard  Ended up getting back at 0200 this morning!

But all thanks to Joeman! Since he said he'd take me down if I managed to get to sevenoaks!

I checked trains to polegate but sadly it seemed pretty impossible to I text him to let him know i'll give it a go tomorrow....

He still offered to take me down last night (late)... So I'm extremely grateful

P.s. sorry I messed the ride up :(

No worries mate. Didn't want you to have to leave your bike there overnight and risk someone finding the keys and taking it!!

You did well to be back by 2am.. I beat my satnav back by 10mins and was home just before 1am. Was good to give the big audi a nighttime thrashing through the fog!

Oh and what did that biker have to say who came over to chat just as I was leaving??

Yeah... I'm definitely going to need to get a lanyard

Use a disc lock reminder mate. Tie the bit that goes over the throttle to your belt loop and put your keys on the other end. That way you'll still be attached to the bike if you try and walk off without them.
