Just back. About 25 bike escort, mainly seemed to be from a couple of local clubs. Hearse was a bike trailer towed by trike. One of funeral directors rode pillion on the trike in his long formal coat with helmet on! Crem was full with overspill in foyer/hall with cctv screens. Left after crem service, photos of bikes were taken at request of family, may appear on here I suppose. Weather was shit, especially over M62. Hope its a long tiem before I go on another ride like that.

RIP Aaron.

Hiya,

Said I'd check in when I got back but couldn't get enough signal on my phone (no internet in the house yet!) - I've just gone to work to use their internet.

Really glad I went today to show our support and on behalf of Chris who couldn't get the time off work (both recently started new jobs with no holiday as we have to take it at Christmas - but mine can be more flexible). Was nice to be able to say goodbye to the lovely guy I wish I'd met in person - and to give Cat and co all a hug and have a chat before heading home in the fog. Beautiful service, and love that the priest is a hardcore biker too. Great send off, amazing turnout, and lovely to see lots of forum members there too.

See you all soon I hope x

PS - Still crazy embarrassed I was sat next to Owen and didn't actually recognise him with his hair cut!!! Only I could manage that! Sorry lovely!!!!

Like I said.

That was the nicest service I have ever attended at Elland crem. (Most of my family have been done there over the years).

Thought it was a lovely send off.

Hope everyone got back safe n sound. (Especially the lad who binned it at tescos roundabout)...

Sounds like it was a fitting tribute to a great lad - sorry there was no way I could make it but was thinking of you all today.

RIP Aaron xxx

Thanks so much to all who attended , and all who sent their thoughts for today, it was the hardest ride I've done in so so many ways, but I'm glad I did, was an awesome turnout for an awesome young man , bmw Dave, sorry I didn't get to say hi, it was all a bit emotional

I was not able to go and was not sure what to do as I was off today. So I went to my lock up and spent the day tinkering with my bikes and taking the summer bike out for a ride, the weather here was nice for a change. I just wanted to be about bikes and do what brax loved so much. RIP.
