Tai biến mạch máu não hay đột quỵ là một căn bệnh nguy hiểm nhưng lại đang có xu hướng tăng nhanh và ngày càng trẻ hóa, đặc biệt là ở những nước đang phát triển như Việt Nam. Sau cơn tai biến, người bệnh có thể bị suy giảm hoặc mất đi một số chức năng của cơ thể như: roi loan van dong

1. Liệt vận động

Sau khi trải qua cơn tai biến hay đột quỵ, hầu hết người bệnh đều gặp khó khăn với khả năng vận động. Có người bị liệt toàn thân, có người bị liệt nửa người, cũng có người bị liệt chân tay, liệt mặt. Nếu không có cách khắc phục sớm, người bệnh nằm lâu còn có thể gặp phải các biến chứng như viêm loét da chỗ tỳ đè, viêm phổi, viêm đường hô hấp, tiết niệu, nghẽn mạch máu… Để khắc phục, bạn có thể cho người bệnh tập các bài tập vật lý trị liệu từ nhẹ đến nặng để giúp họ có thể phục hồi một cách nhanh nhất.

2. Rối loạn ngôn ngữ

Rối loạn ngôn ngữ là một trong những biến chứng thường gặp sau tai biến. Do vùng não đảm nhiệm chức năng ngôn ngữ bị tổn thương, người bệnh không thể nói chuyện như trước, họ chỉ có thể nói rất ít từ, bị nói ngọng, nói khó thậm chí không nói được. Để giúp người bệnh vượt qua tình trạng này, bạn có thể cho họ tập các bài tập nói đơn giản như đếm số, nói tên màu sắc, đồ vật… nhằm giúp khôi phục chức năng ngôn ngữ.

3. Suy giảm nhận thức

Ngoài những biến chứng trên, người bị tai biến mạch máu não còn có thể bị mất trí nhớ, suy giảm khả năng nhận thức về mọi vấn đề trong cuộc sống. Tình trạng này khiến người bệnh không thể làm những công việc yêu cầu độ phức tạp cao như trước đây và sẽ mất rất nhiều thời gian để hồi phục.

Theo các chuyên gia y tế, sau khi được điều trị ổn định và đưa về nhà, người bị tai biến mạch máu não cần có một chế độ chăm sóc và tập luyện đặc biệt để phục hồi chức năng và hạn chế nguy cơ bệnh tái phát trở lại. Để các biện pháp điều trị đạt hiệu quả cao, ngoài việc tuân thủ đúng hướng dẫn, bạn có thể cho người bệnh sử dụng thêm các sản phẩm bổ não đặc hiệu như Kinh Vương Não Bộ (*) để hỗ trợ phục hồi toàn diện các chức năng của não. Người bệnh được hồi phục chức năng não bộ ngay trong giai đoạn vàng tức càng sớm càng tốt thì khả năng người bệnh sớm chủ động được trong các sinh hoạt tối thiểu hằng ngày, từ đó giúp giảm bớt các áp lực về mặt tinh thần cho bản thân và gánh nặng kinh vuong nao bo .

Filtering generally is not illegal although it's more restrictive than in Mediterranean countries!

Bus lanes are usable BUT only when the blue sign clearly shows that motorbikes can use it. E.G. in London I believe most bus lanes are NOT usable by motorbikes whereas in Bristol most are but not all so you need to watch the signs. Cycle lanes can't be used by motorbikes.

If you filter at a reasonable speed and courtesy most people will be fine. It's the bikers who filter too fast, illegally and aggressively who make motorists likely to get irate.

Always acknowledge someone who makes space for you.

Yes I filter on my work journey but as stated not to fast and raise a hand of thanks when I drop back in front of a car in slow traffic.

As some people said, be careful. I am Mediterranean as well and our way is way to aggressive for uk standards.

Filter when it’s safe in steady traffic otherwise people can react and become aggressive.

Bus lanes pay attention as some are ok for motorcycle use, but others not, so read the sign.

It takes some time but u will get use to it.

Where I live there is barely any traffic jams, I only filtered once and that was on a red light where queue was at least 15 cars long which is very unusual over here lol

I dont understand bikers who dont filter .. today when it's been very hot out we sitting in the car I'm wishing I'm on my bike then we approache a biker in full leathers sitting in traffic . I just say WHY . Oi get off the bike and I'll ride it you sit in the car with the screaming bloody kids who cant sit 2 inches next to each other with out hitting pulling hair calling names . And I'll go off filtering the traffic

Is filtering not meant to be done at slow speeds? Like, 10-15mph?? Anything over that is aggressive overtaking is it not? All it takes is one person accidentally opening up a car door as you are passing through??

As well use of bus lanes during operating hours, for motorcycle is legal so I do use it, sometimes some people wave and make faces, so far I didn’t care.

 

I do filter a lot. Having said that bus lanes are not legal on all roads in the UK. For example in Reading or some roads in London like Lambeth. There are cameras and you will get a fin for riding in a bus lane. Also crossing double lines and going in restricted by road markins chevron areas can get you fines and points if there is a police to see you.

London is fine, but people in the country are not used by aggressive filtering so adjust your riding depending on place.

I also come from continental Europe and the most important thing to remember is UK is the only country in the world where there is no priority to the right. That was extremely confusing to me to get use to and can be very dangerous if you don't know that. I mean do not expect people on the left side of you on unregulated road junctions to give you any priority!

I mean approaching a junction which is not roundabout. I know most of the junctions in the UK have minor to major road markins, but still there are junctions where two roads cross and there is no minor/major because the roads are the same means uncontrolled intersections. Mostly T-junctions on back lanes or cul de sac places.

There is no such thing in the UK's Highway code. UK decided not to implement that rule. Ireland decided to have it.

At uncontrolled road junctions where both roads are of the same standard drivers must yield right of way to vehicles approaching from the right.

Am I right in assuming that we should omit the give way sign on that road and treat it as an unmarked junction? If so, as I have mentioned on the other post you've done, no one has priority but IMO it would make sense if I was in the car to give way to the motorcyclist on the right as they are more vulnerable on the road.
