Hi all,

ive recently put a new sport CDI into my 125 motorcycle and it works perfectly.

the only problem is that the indicators dont seem to work with it. Im wondering if theres a way to get around this or if i have to put the old one back

Thanks, Toby

Are the indicators LED?

Is the new CDI for LED bulbs?

Have you check the wiring diagram to make sure the indicators are connected properly?

Have you made a cuppa before doing the work? :P

EDIT: If the indicators don't work it means is not working perfectly isn't :)

First thing I'd check is your fuses. Then look to see what might have come undone that was not meant to have come undone. As likely as not a connector has got knocked somewhere - which might look secure but just isn't making contact.

Note that when Mississippi Bullfrog said "your fuses" he actually means the bikes ones

Nothing and if it killed the stator everything will fail

You could put the original CDI back in and see if the indicators work. Don't think it'll make any difference but it's easy to check
