Just been reading an article where a couple who were one of the first to install an air source heat pump 20yr ago are now facing a 17000 bill to replace it, they are in a huff as they can't get the 7k grant as it's not a new install. They paid 10k in the first place Gov spokesman defended the technology saying home owners could save £100.00 a year due to efficiency savings So save £100.00 a year, 20yrs that's 2k, Now I'm not great with maths but that don't seem like a great saving to me 3 1 2 Quote
