Popular Post manxie49 Posted July 19, 2021 Popular Post Posted July 19, 2021 OK, a couple of months ago I decided to give up off road riding. I sold my off roaders (one really good one and an old nail of a bike), plus a load of parts for it and my off road gear. Afterwards I said to the wife "the garage looks empty" So I decided to have a look around for a bike I could have a bit of fun on. I have my Tracer, which is my work horse, but I wanted something a bit sportier, something I missed after getting rid of my MT10. After much looking, and much deliberation, I found a 2016 BMW S1000RR and absolutely love it! Took it out on two test rides, read a shit load of online reviews, it's only done just under 6k miles, totally immaculate and the price was right. The ride and handling on this bike is absolutely outstanding. So, I'm now looking forward to Saturday when I pick it up. Got that "I'm getting a new bike" feeling again, yet again I find myself wishing my life away wanting Saturday to be hear quicker.....I'll post pictures when I get it and do a review once I've had it for a few months so I can make the review meaningful. 12 Quote

I was on the road for a day and a half and got a nail in the rear tyre, had to shell out for a new one, also struggled trying to get hold of a 34mm socket to undo the axle nut local garage came the the rescue and loaned me one Edited July 30, 2021 by manxie49 Spelling 3 Quote
