It shouldn't, it will happily run what ever os it came with and run your psp, dual boot just points it to which os you have on startup it does not consume any resources. A virtual machine would do the opposite and likely not run. Also if the update is within the last week you can roll back to the old os then stop it from updating. Quote

Don't start me on computers. I spent 10 years earning a good living using them. Multiple redundant systems, still capable of some cracking errors. I could look at streams of input and see the errors before the alarms. Even ended up teaching people to use them for a whilst. For many reasons I am glad to be away from that industry. However I now have to deal with people... Not certain which I prefer. However I am becoming a real technophob. Even a website system update and I am pissed off... I worked as a network installer in my late teens, early 20's. As the years have gone on I find I just can't be bothered with it anymore Years ago I would spend my days installing and fiddling around with different distros of Linux or trying to turn my old pc into a hackintosh. Now I just want to use my Mac for browsing internet and watching Youtube! Quote
