Well I think Ian guessed it . It's a Bond . Same company that made various three wheelers including the Bond Bug .

I didn't.  Its the result of going back to my biking mates houses after the pub locked its doors for the night,  for many years, all for tinned lager, nappy sandwiches and a selection of bike related videos.
