    Anyone

Normally the torque specs are at the front of each section
  2. I have central heating! its fine! I just need to fix it before it gets cold and I have to go in the garage
  3. Neither! although it looks the same this is an older one I wouldn't be surprised if they are the same to be fair
  4. @dynax You can see the crack that runs through the bolt! I am taking it apart today and getting a bit of 10mm steel plate and will make a new top for it
  5. It's the top plate! I will get a pic soon. It is repairable but it's a cast stove so not easy to repair I have a plan though and hopefully I should be able to make a steel top for it
  6. decided to burn some stuff in the log burner in the garage earlier! The f**ker has cracked
  7. Why anyone would buy gloves off a facebook advert I will never know! I would only ever buy online from a reputable dealer like Sportsbikeshop or buy going in store to a local store There is a scary amount of fake/inferior quality "protective" clothing out there
  8. Yet I have never heard of any of that! At worst its just a bad rep from reg/rec's

  12. Nah! just bloody expensive as it has a BMW badge on the bottle
  13. Not today but yesterday I took the bike for its final service at BMW! warranty is out in June then I will just do it all myself £253 lighter for engine oil and filter rear final drive oil and brake fluids
  14. Bikes aren't based on emission's they are based on CC size We don't want it on emissions as bikes produce more hydrocarbons than cars you would be talking about £500 tax
  15. They have this bad taste because people voice that opinion and the crowds follow the that opinion mostly by people who have never ridden them let alone owned one! They are classed as bland due to being able to do everything so well and effortlessly! which isn't a bad thing to be honest Buy the bike(s) you want and ignore the crowds

    Bike training

Hi and welcome to the forum You sound like you lack a bit of confidence in yourself in doing it? if thats the case then I wouldn't go straight in I would stick to your plan of taking it easy I would ring around some training schools and see about having a day on a bike off road to teach you control and the basics then ask their advice on what to do If you are a decent rider you never know they may say take full test and if thats the case you can still take it slowly and start off with a small bike They may advise that you do more off road training and then CBT then do test in a years time or something The first port of call would be to get on a bike and see how you are
  24. By the sounds of it the full company
