I never got a ticket because I drove off It's one of my set hates when people moan about breaking the law hence why I'm not complaining about them doing their job if I had got a ticket I wouldn't moan I just don't get why they aren't lenient at times when your not causing a problem

Think you need to go and read my first post I wasn't moaning that they was doing their job infact I asked a question If I got a ticket so be it I wouldn't moan I was stopped illegally Just makes me laugh how keen they are

Obviously not read the thread as I never got a ticket Sorry I didn't realise everyone was such law abiding citizens and followed every rule of the road No wonder some people have got pissed off with this place when there's people so anal about trivial things Some people need to get out more

No different story someone steps out in front of me because I was on double yellows it won't matter as I was too busy at the cash machine

I don't really case why the lines are there to be honest I'm talking about leniency I'm paid to drive a bus and drop people off at bus stops only yet there is times when you bend the rules and drop people off where they want to be why can't traffic warden's do the same and turn a blind eye when It's clearly not causing a problem

I'm Not arguing with the rules I know I was in the wrong but I would have still been in the wrong if I parked in a bay as its pay and display and I wasn't paying to go to cash machine! I know the highway code and know its no stopping waiting etc If you read back you will notice I said I won't block roads etc The place where I stopped you could turn a bus around in there's no way you could cause an obstruction And as I have already said I'm not arguing about the rules it just pisses me off that there traffic warden's have no brain and can see its not causing a problem

errr i wasnt parked i was stopped parked is when you leave the car either way she would have come to check if i had a ticket or not anyway even if i had parked in a bay and bought a ticket but my time was up its not as if im taking up a space someone else could use the point im making is why at so early in a morning when theres no one out and about is it such a problem they could be on the main roads where people stop on double yellows to go to shops blocking the road one thing i wont do is cause an obstruction i wasnt so i just dont get it do they not have common sense ps im not saying i was in the right for stopping there but they have no common sense at all

Yes I agree they have to justify their existence but I always thought they was there to ensure no one parked illegal causing an obstruction etc They make me laugh when they ticket a car that is just out of a parking bay but not bothering anyone yet you get people parking in bus lanes at rush hour and they aren't about!

Do they have any leeway! No I don't have a ticket! But took the misses to work this morning and we went to a cash machine in the centre of Beverley where she works it was dead about 3 cars out of a total of around 100 spaces I had stopped on double yellows and within minutes there was a warden taking my registration plate I mean it was dead and no one about at all these people are mad no wonder they have such a bad rep I wouldn't be bothered if it was busy and causing an obstruction

more people have the samsung! build is probably on par with each other mine has taken a few good knocks and i have seen them other phones we arent allowed to talk about fall to pieces after 1 drop

i know a few with the galaxy s2 and rate it dont know any one with the xe though i have HTC and it is a good phone been back once for repair but so have a bunch of my other phones! they both run the same operating system so not that much difference except the screen

but then you still pay interest just not as much!! i keep saying to tracey that we need a credit card for insurance as it would work out cheaper!! im trying to get my car insurance down but they are all sky high!!

Try not to buy a new bike or car until the year after now and save some money for a change Also try and get out on the bike more as always!

Cheers bogof can't see that on my phone! They aren't known for overheating for no reason but I have known of water pump and head gasket failures

Also check the radiators not blocked with road crap and stopping it cooling

Moved to pitstop The fan won't make a blind bit of difference if its doing it while riding as in this weather the fan won't come on when its moving If it only gets got in traffic that's when you need to check the fan out Check the radiator to see if it gets hot if so your stat is fine What bike is it too? It could be water pump remove the radiator cap give it a few revs you should see the water drop slightly also smell the coolant a good sign the head gasket has gone is if you can smell exhaust fumes from the coolant

phil i have been with them for 8 years and this is the first time i have had any issues always good service

i have been having a few problems with my mobile for the past week so i rang my network operator which is 3 to report the problem they said they would look in to it and ring back within 48 hours which they did and found a few issues but still never fixed my problem im having so they carried on working on the problem and said they would ring back again within 48 hours and they have just rang back 18 hours into the 48 period to check if things are ok which they aren't did more checks and a mast has gone down and hope to get it working within the next 7 days so are ringing back in 7 days and they have just knocked £5.75 off my next bill as a way of compensation big up to 3 for going out their way and their top customer service centre its not often you get that now is it?

it could just be that the caliper has furred up a little while been stood in most cases it will free of when you ride again personally i would get a tin of brake cleaner take the caliper off pump the pistons out a few mm clean with the brake cleaner and a old tooth brush push the pistons back and see how it is from there ps dont just push the pistons back without cleaning you could contaminate the seals
