All 2 piece zip together For normal road use 2 piece is better as you can easily take the jacket off in summer when you stop Also go try some on as off the peg leathers are hit and miss a 1 piece might not fit
-

FZ6 Fazer 2003- VIN- RJ07 part No 05-RJ07-K25 YZF600 Thunder Cat 1996- VIN- 4TV part No 05-4TV-K25 from FI international website going by the first and last part number of the part number i would say yes as the centre part of the part number is the VIN of the bike
-
well now you mention it!!! so do i and i didnt put it for the fear of been slated it makes no odds what toold you use as long as the chain is secure
-
happy birthday RT
-
spend the 30 - 50 quid on new tools for the service ps well done for tackling it on your own once you have done around 1000 miles with the chain check tension and the link just for peace of mind im sure you wont have any problems though and dont forget to keep it lubed atleast every 500 miles max
-
first of all post in the right section "pitstop" remove it and check for any signs of wear if its worn excessively then you may need to replace the lever and bolt
-
good luck mate just remember what you have been taught and chill out
-
Check to see if it has a front subframe holding it all on the bike it may have come loose Look on the headstock between the forks
-
As long as the rivett is mushroomed it will be fine
-
so how did it go did you learn anything? any pics?
-
The back brake might hold the bike still! Depends how tight the nut is Buy a cheap electric impact gun about 25 quid from machine mart you will be surprised at how much you use it Yes leave the old chain on to loosen the front
-
Leave the grease on! And just lube it up as and when required I would get an impact gun for that front sprocket it will make light work of it
-
theres too many people at this now and no protection for sellers i got stung for £25 not a lot but its not the point
-
ermmm more to the point long gone are the days of mods and rockers
-
yes an angle grinder!! it makes light work of things like this just make sure you cut the chain and nothing else
-
a chain cutting tool just use an angle grinder to get the old chain off!! you wont find a place to split it as all the links are riveted and all look the same you don't use split links by the way as they come off and thats the last thing you want i hope that chain tool rivets chains too?
