Another tip when bleeding is once you think you are just about done run the res low but not too low don't get air in again remove the caliper's and push the piston's back in this will move any air stuck in the caliper

Get some sintered pads and braided hoses You could have cheap pads in there which can make the brakes feel spongey You could also have air trapped in the caliper some can be a twat to get out Don't listen to anyone saying the the brake lever back over night to make the air come out it doesn't work its a sealed unit once lever is pulled nothing can get out although it can help air rise

you can try it depends how heat resistant it is really

it is that straight forward though the only draw back is the tightness of space in some places

ive been working on both for years and must say bikes are more simpler then cars get stuck in and save your money if you have no idea then its a good way to learn or get others to help you and buy a haynes manual too and study that about your bike also look on the internet look for anything to do with your bike model it will give you some idea how it works and common problems and the symptoms too so gives you a head start if you do have problems in the future

they arent stainless mega yeah you will have to clean them up really well and use a exhaust or BBQ paint

i used to have to do that a lot with one of the lads i used to ride with as he would follow me rather then ride is own ride!!! if he didnt see a brake light he just kept going and i lost count of the times he nearly ran in to the back of me!! i dont ride with him anymore for this reason!!

sounds like your pulling your clutch in too early aswell leaving the clutch out for as long as possible will help prevent wheel lock

what sort of riding will you be doing? if its just a toy for ride outs you may find leathers your best option if your commuting everyday then i would opt for textiles or if you can afford it buy both

the only time i stick to the limits is when im at work its my licence not theirs when in the car i will add the 10% + 2mph bike is a different story it depends on my mood although on the bike 30's and 40's are 90% of the time stuck to the % are a guestimate and not accurate just incase anyone wants proof

put your fan on a switch dont leave it on constant you will burn the motor out eventually

as you probably already know your not supposed to put copper slip on the caliper bolts as they can come undone easier but i always do it too never had one come loose if a bike is maintained properly things like this should be checked every so often anyway

you will be surprised at how quick a bike battery will go flat with the headlight left on mine went in ten minutes not completly flat but not enough in it to start the bike

wise choice its good stuff just dont forget to grease them or something check the connections too as some can work loose and not connect properly
