depends on what you are putting on really is your speedo cable driven or electronic ? if its electronic then it could be just a matter of getting the wiring loom form the donor clocks and matching it up to your wiring

forks can be fixed depending on how damaged they are

if you have ripped the loom apart its simply a matter of re joining the wires which they are colour coded and not always get 2 wires the same in one part of the loom could be fairly simple

looks like he forgot the rear goes light as well as the front when you come over the mounting and give it a hand full of gas

try a differnt battery on the bike or if you cant get a battery and have a car and jump leads try jumping it from the car but do not start the car the alternator will kill your bike it will be fine doing it without the car running i reacon the battery is kaput i would go buy the battery conditioner mine said my battery was ok oh check battery connections too

it could be restricted for learners so anyone who has a cbt can ride it take the restrictors out and it could be too much power for anyone with a cbt
