I think her, Maria Costello and Jenny etc have done wonders recently for women in bike sport. Years ago we were at the NEC bike show and Maria Costello could not have been nicer to Grace and her mate. She spent a good 5 mins chatting to 2 ten year old girls and happily had her pics taken with them. These are the things kids don't forget. Especially girls when they are in such a minority. It's a standing joke in our house that Lewis will get a vespa and Grace will end up with the repsol blade.... Young girls need positive role models. Irrespective of what colour they like etc. And i genuinely feel being around bikes has helped Graces confidence over the years. FB. I find is good for certain things. It took me years upon years to finally join. As long as you are true to yourself i think its a useful tool. Stu and I continued the teacake debacle on Facebook!!!

Thing is mate. We can't agree on one name..... And yes. It's a serious thing. Must admit though, only Yorkshire people could have the tea cake war. It basically boils down to this.. Where i am from its a tea cake and this is the correct terminology. Where Stu is from, they, for whatever reason call said thing a breadcake??? It manifests itself in the mist serious form when people like I frequent the east coast and stubbornly refuse to adhere to their strange ways.
