This could very well be ANOTHER one of my strange threads but bare with me if you can….. Just this year, I have noticed I’m not really that fussed about riding anymore. Which is strange really because I was hyped to see Rossi at Brands Hatch, I even got the BSB booked in for July, and I was excited to see the TT on TV again except I didn’t make any time to watch it despite me subbing to it. I’m into my cars as well and I’ve just purchased myself a new Fiesta ST which is loads of fun to drive. Though not as quick as my bike, it still puts a smile on your face, especially with the limited slip diff Anyway….. am I starting to fall out of love with riding or is this just a normal phase that happens among us lot? Has anyone else felt something similar?

My first time. Was a great day out and Rossi was on it as always, but not the same as seeing him on 2 wheels. Still enjoyable and will go again He was pushing it hard!! If you look closely, (not the best quality, sorry) he had the car on 2 wheels around this corner….

My owners manual says 42 at the rear and 36 at the front…. Guessing this should be ok then?!

Had to get two new tyres done today after a puncture that was soo big it couldn’t be plugged and the front was on its limit any way. The only tyres they had in stock was the Pilot Powers. Has anyone used them before? Can you give me your ratings? I'm coming from Pirelli Rosso 3s. Ride at weekends with some “spirit” but no heroics.

I’ve seen many use tinted visors but I am just trying to get an idea of how likely it would be to get stopped. Assuming “PC Plod” isn’t having a bad day….

I suppose it does come in many forms. I know an individual who melts his Ben & Jerry’s in the Microwave and allows it to cool before consuming it. To me that’s just not right

McVities Digestives. The only biscuit that’s never not in the cupboard. Jaffa Cakes don’t go in the cupboard due to being consumed after checkout. Assuming we all class it as a biscuit and not a cake?!

The ad description doesn’t say much about where they got them from except they were “made” to look this way. I’ll take a stab (pun intended) that they are as sharp as they look if they have been made custom. Can’t imagine you’d have any fingers or thumbs left during a collision…..

I’m in the market for a new lid. My local (and trusted) dealer recommended I try a Kabuto Helmet. Until today, I never heard of the brand before. In brief, I believe they are made and sold by Honda (open to confirmation). Has anyone had any experience with the brand name before? Or would you recommend something entirely different?

I’ve been meaning to clean my motorcycle rims for a little while now but I keep putting it off because of how long and tedious it can be. I am open to suggestions and little tips that make things easier for cleaning the wheels. Are there any specific products or little “hacks” with stuff you might have in the kitchen cupboard or shed? I’m more focused on the rear wheel as it takes a lot more punishment from chain grease and stuff. Please bear in mind, that my wheels will be pretty dirty since I haven’t touched them since I got the bike well over a year ago (I know… I’m suffering now for it)….. so I’d like to hear the most efficient methods you may have.

Need to replace a charging cable for my helmet intercom. It’s a cheap unbranded “knock-off” I got from eBay yers ago so I can’t look up the manufacturer. Here are some pics…. Your regular USB at one end…. and the mystery one at the other 5mm wide and 2mm thick….

25 I think when I started. I’m now 33… (sometimes) My Dad had bikes when I was still little and I used to go on the back just round the “little off-road square” we lived on. My “urge” to start riding came when I needed a second vehicle to commute to work in but didn’t want to get another car at the time. So bike lessons commenced.

Update… I actually got my winter plan compete by Successfully installing my crash bobbins!! I would like to see which of you actually manage to get their tasks done. If your anything like me, the list either gets bigger and then becomes too big to get done in a day, or something else takes priority, or it gets forgotten about, OR…. You think about it then can’t be bothered!!

Came across this video…. I know it’s old now but it’s the first time I’ve seen it. I wasn’t aware these delivery riders were targets, considering most I see just scoot around on Peds….. there can’t be much money to be made from stealing those can there?! (No offence to any moped users)
