  6. Get it touch with a local 'coppicing' firm - I used to get all my wood free (Just needed to arrive at the site they were working and saw / collect / transport the logs home - I built a small trailer to carry the logs). Zero cost (apart from tiime / petrol) for over 4 years of using a log burner as the only source of heating.
  7. Not got a buckled wheel have you mate? No I don't think so, never checked tbh. But it's been there since I owned it. It's quite a common fault on them. Can be caused by a few things and on some of the jimny forums people have replaced everything and it's still there. Il check the wheels when I swap to MUDs soon. Have the wheels been balanced? Are the weights still attached?
  8. Or, an oil absorbant granular material (commonly called 'Chicken Sh*t') - I keep a bucket full of this in the garage - great for mopping up spills from oil changes.
  9. Knowing Me, Knowing You - ABBA
  10. 1. Locate the wire to the headlight relay (will be from the ignition switch). 2. Cut wire. 3. Install connection box (waterproof). 4. Connect cut wire to new twin cable from connection box to a switch (handlebar mounted - left side). 5. Test OK. NB. New cable & switch should be capable of taking the current required by the headlight relay (should not be very high).
  11. More beer will help though!
  12. Loads of parts available at auto-jumbles as well as on fleabay. Value (for insurance purposes) is circa £600. Value = whatever someone is willing to pay for it - You might get more if you broke it down for parts Battery - You should have charged it up for the time specified on the instructions which would have came with it. There may be corrosion / dirty contacts on cable connectors throughout the loom - Chase these down and inspect/clean as required. Good luck!
  13. I Fought Piranhas - The White Stripes
  14. DO NOT USE on Resistance if the cable is LIVE (i.e. connected to the battery).

  18. Simple adjustment - Best to set it once the bike has warmed up.
  19. Looks like the fairings need to be re-painted / replaced to match! Soak the new lever in superglue - It should stiffen up. Anyhoo - that's what you get if you order a CHINESE OEM replacement part!
  20. Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd
  21. Baby Come Back - Equals
