Well, you could have come with me to the RC boat club and help me to burn out a brand new high speed brushless motor. Not sure if the 90amp speed controller has also gone. Expensive day out.

@Bender says he is being “forced” to watch it, if you believe that.

I have used Samsung and google wallet on my phone with no issues at all. I also use the physical cards so I remember the pin if I have to use them. I usually have more problems with the iPad not doing things than the Samsung phone.

Have a look at Pension Wise think it’s run by Citizens Advice.

Went to Silverstone to see the youngest daughters bpyfriend race. fortunatly, unlike some, he completed all his races without incident. He is blue care number 11.

Went for a ride out with @CB999 to CTL motors Cirencester. They have a range of classic bikes and cars, but more importantly a good cafe. So bacon rolls and coffee was consumed. This was followed by coffee / tea and scones at Chipping Norton.

I used Rustoleum rattle can paint, then Rustoleum semi gloss lacquer annndddddd it reacted. So scrap off the reacted paint and then sand till smooth. A couple of primer / filler coats. Rub down till smooth and mask / repaint the areas. then a couple of coats of a water based epoxy, EZE COTE https://deluxematerials.co.uk/products/eze-kote. To finish. The EZE Cote being water based doesn’t react and dries hard. it can also be used with glass fibre tissue and direct onto balsa.

It's strapped down to prevent things disappearing. Unfortunately several models were damaged during the show. Also there are draws on the others identified ( so can't be opened) which have various tools and spare propellers. It's also a working stand.

This weekend at the exhibition centre in Warwickshire we had the above show. Our model boat club had our usual stand and as it is the 200th year of the RNLI we had a big lifeboat turn out. A few picture of the stand. (the fire boat is mine)

And I do believe that in car tests the learner is required to navigate using a satnav. So in my opinion it’s fine to have one available.

Councils going the app route means no more filling ticket machines with paper tickets(saves cost of paying someone) just input your reg details, and oh look we can now charge motorcycles cause their tickets can’t be nicked

Most of the step throughs were 125. Again most had scraps and bumps. Mind you so did most of the cars.

Just returned from Sorrento and the number of these things getting in the way is unbelievable. The price of fuel seems mire expensive than here though the petrol is dearer than diesel! All the roads are full of mad scooter riders overtaking on blind bends, but seem to survived. Didn't see many proper bikes and of those about wear mainly Honda, Yamaha, triumph and Kawasaki. Only saw 1 Ducati and no Guzzi.

Had the same with Rustoleum. Bottom of Hull red, top of Hull blue and deck grey. Let all dry. Then light spray of clear coat and hey presto, lovely crackle finish. Emailed to complain and never heard from them.
