  1. Stopped off at a local pub for a pint and a brisket burger which was amazing. Got chatting to the owner of this lovely beast!
  2. Yep me too. I'm too old and sensible now hence I own a Honda

    Hi!

Lovely bike show us some pics!
  4. Yes and I've just linked my 3rd water butt up in the garden which should be about full
  5. Here's the link if anyone is a Villa fan or interested usually everyone gets a whole screen sadly too many have passed over this time.
  6. Aston Villa have released their Holte Enders in the sky tribute to all those who have passed away since 2019 who are fans or connected to the club Sadly covid and closed doors has meant they have not been able to do this the last 2 seasons on the last game but they can this year. Our nephew Connor is on the 2nd page 2nd from the right top row. I'm a Wolves fan through and through but I'll be cheering on the Claret and Blue tomorrow night with a beer and a scarf at home. 19 and gone too soon, I miss the football banter at family meets!
  7. Another cafe stop at Gloucester Staverton Airport today. Limited menu due to staff shortage but great food even so. Then a ride past Fairford no huge B52s today but a Globe Master from Brize Norton. Circling.
  8. Some lovely bits of road by cheddar
  9. Ahhh rum perfect!
  10. We all like a cheap resolution
  11. Sounds terrible I bet you couldn't wait to get back! Hope it was good
  12. Wife and I were to do one in 2020 from Wales to Norfolk but covid put pay to that. I wish you well my summer is a quiet subdued one with health issues but sounds like good fun maybe add on some camping either end make a few days of it. Hope you get some interest mate.
  13. I'd echo the check servicing costs. The brutale is a snug little fast machine worth a test ride first if it fits the bill go for it but its powerful so as already said don't use all of it. Maybe see if there is an owners group who can offer advice
  14. Well this is pillion riding with a difference https://fb.watch/c-4UR2LUE7/
  15. Thus one looks nice made in Coventry I believe, was at the bike shed in London last week. Too speed of 45 and around an 80 mile range too so as you say still sadly lacking but looks good
  16. I can sympathise with you there long story short I'm under 3 specialists who keep passing the buck and I'm waiting to find out how they will fix my heart since September. Cardiologists keep sending me the same old letter from March along with an advice letter on how to prepare for my angiogram. I had to phone the secretary to confirm yes I have the long awaited appt later this month some depts are really crap with communication the other 2 specialists are spot on but cardio is the important one
  17. There must be something on the settings I get a notification but not that extreme. I have an older cardo
  18. Yup 13th and a job interview what a day!
  19. These were in Scotland for the climate conference I'd imagine they were just on loan i can't see them being v practical. I'd have thought zero dsr would have been better suited.
  20. I have a pair of forma Adventure Boots on the way. I put in a request for some via work as I'm long overdue my long service gift. I put it in a month ago and finally got a response, my size is out of stock with Sportsbike shop the kind lady in the admin dept has ordered a pair from dirtbike express so should have them very soon!
  21. I agree there I live about half a km from our town centre ring road which has become a race track. Most nights towards the end of the week it's really noisy about 10pm onwards. Local police station on the said ring road gone and the old gatsos are not in use. It used to be great sitting in the garden at night with a beer as we are tucked out the way, not any more. Usually premium German brand cars and 125s with loud exhausts responsible
  22. I believe my wife's louder than my Honda when she's nattering away I wonder whether I can get these devices around the house to prevent such violations
  23. It's not clickbait it's all factual reporting
  24. For what it's worth we all have different opinions who knows who is right?
  25. I'll happily agree with you
