I was told that on tescos car park the insurance is invalid . As I had a m8 who had side his car pushed in (he reckoned stack trollys hit his car by staff trying to store the trollys away ) when he went to claim he didnt say he thought it was done by trollys he was told to take it up with tescos insurance as it was on there land . He said they had a sign up they take no responsibility for damage they said that not lawful he contacted the tescos head office and they told him not our problem in the end after months of messing him about he ended up going to the MIB and they sorted his car out as no insurance hit and run .. becuse the was not in the car at the time and not at work or home .. so I'm always very careful in shop carparks ...

The family of who ever gets murdered , nonced or whatever should be given the final say.... Judge should say " you have been found guilty and sentenced to either life in prison or the death penalty " and the decision as to which is decided by the family of the victim . Also to help the familys they should be allowed to be locked in the room with the rapists .murder . For 5 mins to talk to the rapist /murderer . If the murder/ rapist dies then that's there sentence. The victims family must have a say in the punishment ..

I would have no problem at all voting to bring back capital punishment. Where's the deterrent in this country to stop heinous crime? Seen a story in the paper once see the head line so what's different to the rest of the UK jails .. sorry holiday homes .. gyms .sky TV.. playstation.. pool tables . Own kitchen stuff in there so called cells . Any fecking drugs you want . Mobile phones.. free food .. and if you say your part of a religion you get special food so you dont get standard prison food .. you want this sort of service you have to have 3 star hotel.. no not our prisons .. Shawshank is my idea how prison should be .. Cant even say Alcatraz as that was a bloody holiday home too there was only a small number prisoners ..you could eat as much as you wanted . No hard labour.. .these Russian prisons or Siberian prisons is what we need . Build them in the highlands in scotland.. bare cell .bed. toilet .sink. and shit food ... one book a week to read.. cant read then teach them..

You dont need anyone on a bike try dog walkers .. My wife's best friend was out walking her dog (husky dog) and it was one the taff trails that's we have around here not sure what called where you guys are . Anyway she was walking along her dog was on its lead one them long windy things .. then this man and a woman came in to.sight and had 2 dogs NOT on there leads .. so these 2 dogs went for my wife's m8s dog the dog not an old dog still a pup but it's quite big runs as hes on the lead ends up running around wifes m8s legs which pulls her over on to the floor so these 2 grab there dogs and now come along side her lying on the floor she is screaming in pain as her left knee is ripped out of place and poking thro the skin . ............they run off .. left her flat out on the floor . She couldn't walk she called the ambulance which taken a bit to find her as she was down this track /walk way .. she spend 3 months in hospital off work for 6 months and had 3 ups on her knee she got to go in again next year (should been this year but started a new job as she got laid off couldn't work drive to work) so next year she go to go back in and have the knee broken again 3 time to see if they can set her knee right .. they left her knowing she was hurt but ran off .. so not just bikers ..

Tou have to learn your own way but one thing that I learned when I was driving a lorry for work was get the vehicle in gear .. read the road .. if your coming to a corner do you want to be changing gear . slowing down .driving .turning . Set the speed .. Get it in to gear before the turn and turn the corner using the gas to speed up or slow down .. I do the same thing when I'm riding I see the bend get the speed I feel is about right then get it down a gear the you can power in to the bend or just coast round it . That way the wheels are gripping not having the brakes pulled on the clutch gripping .just a str8 smooth turn . I'm for ever telling the mrs when she drives the car going up a hill .. turning ... roundabouts.. read the think what gear will be ok one your in or one down if you need to change up wait till you done the manover .. . As said on here check the tyres .. might have Chinese tyres bin them put well know brand on ( my wife's sinnis 125 there was a thread about shite.tyres on them ppl.said change them str8 away ) so we got Bridgestone on them . . Wd40 will wash off all the crap and then it will stick .. how many times have you had an old padlock stuck then wd40 it comes loose then in a while the lock is all stuck again .. I use asdas own wd40 knock off as its washes old oil and crap off and its £1.75 for a big tin .. I lub up the chain with what's left of my scoloiler oil . Its lubs its and all extant gets chucked off the wax then drys ish then Wd40 chain wax over the top that ..with the Scot oil under it . Used it for a few years now and chain is brand new looking.. and never needed to be tightened..

I dont think they have the authority to block traffic like that if there is a huge tail back then they need to pull over when there space to let traffic pass as they cant block the road every one had the right to drive /ride on the road . If it was such a narrow road then there should been cops there to stop ppl passing. Also most councils have lease vehicles so it's not even the council who tax them or repair them . Does your council own it's own vehicles and have it's own garage with mechanics ..

If the vehicle is sorn and it's on the road being used IT IS NOT INSURED .. it dont matter if you have block insurance or not its is not tax then the insurance is invalid ... same if is taxed and not MOT the insurance is invaled you need all 3 in place unless it's less than 3 years old soon as its MOT aged thenit must be MOTed .. so no there is no insurance You really think insurance companys like paying put if they can find ANYTHING that allows them NOT to pay out ..
