    Any new vehicle should have what they call a PDI check I'd ask them if it was done and ask for the paperwork to prove it was done. If not I'd get them to bend over backwards for you or a nice letter to the manufacturer could be on its way.

    That is definitely queue jumping. As has been mentioned, when two lanes are merging into one due to roadworks/lane closure then the 'Zip' method is the correct way to get through this. Problem is, when people see you using the space in the less crowded lane they assume you are pushing in, won't let you merge and then it's catch 22. It's shame people don't keep up to date with the Highway Code. The roads might be a nicer place

    Great to meet everyone and put faces to names. Had a great day even if it was a bit cold there and back. I got 20 miles from Grimsby and the heavens opened. Glad I put my waterproof over suit on before we left Mallory as Stu forgot to get his tag and we had to go back. I got home about 5:45. Hopefully you realised that I'd seen a sign for Newark and the A46 and peeled off Stu, and you didn't think you'd lost me lol Look forward to the next one.

    I'll decide in the morning. I'm a 70% at the minute. It's looking like it's going to be wet most of the day here and getting worse as I'll be coming home. Have you decided what route you're doing yet Stu? Anyone doing the A46? My start point is Grimsby.

    How many you done now Joe? I did a novice day the other month at Cadwell in my boss's Nissan 370Z. Both of us took it in turns to drive. Was a great experience having done a couple on the bike to be able to compare. Only done two and don't know I'll be doing any more with the new bike.

    As long s the zip starts near the front and ends the same on the other side then you'll be fine. A so called 360* zip is not actually that. Can you get a pic up?

    Exactly the same. The only downside to this is sometimes, just sometimes when I am looking for assistance there is no one about.
