1. Yeah , I'm surprised people haven't obscured theirs on here but are you thinking the site itself is suspect ? The site is owned by Llexeter,http://www.llexeter.co.uk/
2. you may find some useful info from this recent thread https://www.themotorbikeforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=70738
3. Did some extensive research last night, majority of the big brands are made in Japan with some exceptions, the sub 500cc bikes tend to be hit and miss, some made in Japan some in France, several in Thailand, some odd ones a Malaysia, and a few in China, most of the bigger bikes upwards of 500cc tend to be Mainly Japan, although there have been some recent models that have been made in France, all these were from reg numbers that i could see from ebay and odd images from google
4. For those who readily dismiss the quality of chinese made bikes, do you really know where your big brand bike is actually made, you may be surprised, http://www.whomademybike.com/ screenshot of my Xena's birthplace
5. This is why you need to ride a 125 ">
6. Sat waiting at some lights, 2 cars shot past on the pavement must have been doing well above 40, dust and debris flying up everywhere from edge of the road and the kerb, i only wish i had my camera on the bike, so 3 nob's the 2 car drivers and me for not having the camera
7. How long will you be riding it then 10 20 seconds lol was out for about an hour, put another 20 odd miles clock
8. When i got Xena, i had her nearly 2 weeks before my CBT and i insured her through Bikesure and they gave 30 days to complete my CBT, so they will do it if you ask them
9. Don't worry about it, when you get your provisional licence, find a school to do your CBT, and they will teach you from the beginning, you will probably start on a scooter, and you may need extra tuition depending on how well or bad you are, but one thing to remember is the CBT is NOT a test, it is TRAINING to get you to a safe standard of riding good luck
10. Get it insured or sorned asap, if you don't you will get screwed by the DVLA
11. Just thought of brilliant idea go down on your bike taking lots of straps and tiedowns , take front wheel off the cbr and tie on the back of yours with some over hang, then lift the bike and put the forks through the spokes of the wheel secure with more straps, then just tow it home
12. Dry weight 115kg's, take wheels off, reduce it another 10-15 kg, 2 people up and over on it's side
13. Mike, how does one wheel it up to the roof rack?? It's a bit heavier than a bicycle. Absolutely no idea, just showing it can be done
14. Drain the fluids and shove it on a roof rack
15. I guess sometimes you just don't have a choice
16. Enjoy
17. manxie49 thanks for posting that vid , i really want to go out and ride in the wet, but before i do i want some advice on preventative measures regarding the bike, cleaning the bike after riding in the wet will help, but i was thinking of things like applying stonechip under the mudguards to help with premature damage, and generally applying a protective coating on other parts like a wax or polish
18. I found it because he did a review of the UM Renegade Commando 125, which is essentially the same as mine only in a different colour, his review was from a month ago so relatively new, he also has a video of it green laning, and has done another on the top speed UM review: "> UM top speed: "> UM offroad: ">
