1. Or. If is a plastic one you can VERY GENTLY (I know, a biker doesn't do gentle ) use a hairdryer to heat up the glue and remove it. then use a double sided tape to put it back. But as Dinax says, better leave it alone
2. Keep in mind that some lids have a couple coats of clear varnish. You need to remove it before doing and styling. Main rule in spraying anything: Spend 100 hrs in preparation and save 150 hrs in trying to fix it

That's a lot of oil First you need to take it back and have whoever did the clutch cylinder replacement to put it right. The clutch is submerse in the engine oil and is looking like either the gasket was not in good condition or the cover is not tighten properly. Unless of course, for some odd reason, they touched the oil pump...

That doesn't work on all phones. And doesn't work on all browsers. Not had any complaints?? I'm not the complain type Just use the laptop
5. Then, you add some TPMS and find out that as you ride the pressure and temp on the rear goes up like crazy and the front one goes up by a few PSI as the tyre heats up.

Check the oil filter if it is properly tighten. You don't really say where the leak is located so this is just a guess. The first step is to identify the exact location. St1300 are a pain when you have to reach anywhere because of all the fairings
10. I've used Mannon carb cleaner. It is very good and won't attack plastic bits.
11. I looked into one of those for my shadow and decided that taking the carbs appart, cleaning them properly and reassembling is a far better job

13. I bought the one for the trailer (same as bike) from https://www.onestopnumberplates.co.uk/ good price and fast delivery.
14. I just don't understand why he made a fuss about the exhaust but didn't give you a "present" for the number plate. That would have been a easy one for him. Oh he did, I received a £100 fine for the plate, but he didn't bother to go any further with the exhaust, not too sure why, but presumably it was too much effort for him to bother. So you paid £100 because you didn't spent £12 on a proper plate...
15. I just don't understand why he made a fuss about the exhaust but didn't give you a "present" for the number plate. That would have been a easy one for him. Next time tell him that is hidden somewhere where you can't see it. say that you took it off and you saw it I guarantee you that he won't get his hands dirty to check it
16. You will need to investigate where the markings are E9 is an EU standard and would be an equivalent to the BS (british standard not bulls**t) Maybe the marking is next to the connection on the inside. The UK law in this matter is the same as EU so Spanish companies would have the same obligations.
17. Have a read here https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1995/2370/made "The requirements relating to silencers 3.—(1) The requirements with which a silencer must comply for the purposes of section 1(1) of the Act are that the silencer must be— (a)clearly and indelibly marked in accordance with paragraphs 3.1 to 3.1.3 of Annex II to the Directive, or (b)clearly and indelibly marked “BS AU 193/T2”, “BS AU 193a: 1990/T2” or “BS AU 193a: 1990/T3” (being marks referred to in the British Standard Specifications indicating that certain requirements specified in those instruments are met)."
18. You need a machine to make mashed potatoes . Fork me ! Of course!!!! What kind of chef you think I am :P Is one of the accessories of a set from the hand blender. If I can use a machine to do it I won't be reducing my belly with brute force
19. OUCH.... James in Brum Forgot to mention that managed to cover the bikes with saw dust...
20. Today was one of those that I wonder why the F***k I got out of bed Started by cutting some wood to make a new desk. With lockdown making me working from home I got fed-up wit working at the diner table. So up to the table saw (made from a tile cutter because I'm cheap ) First sign that I should have stayed in bed was a bit of wood flying out the blade and hit me on the finger. After 2min of swearing I went back to work. Because I'm recycling some well weathered decking wood I had to cut it to usable width, no drama here. Then had to remove the groves from the boards. For thatI had to make a crate for the router so I can slide it over the boards and cut off the top bits and make it flat. Made 20cm and the router decided to pack up. Short circuit in the inductor and make the thing more expensive to repair than getting a new one. That one cost me a whopping £30 Then the wife decided that for lunch we would have mash so I had to make it. 3min into making the mash the accessory from Kenwood decided to join the router and had to finish the damn thing by hand. As bad things come in 3's the wooden spoon decided to go in halves and made me bang my already hurt finger on the edge of the pan. Another "me" time with the wife asking what was I saying and finally managed to finish it. Luckily she never spotted the extra nutmeg I have added to the mash. Probably, later on when I go to bed will end up sleeping on the floor...
21. Come from a few full face helmets and since I got the ST1300 I bought a Nolan flip-up. Can't fault it, have space for glasses, have built-in sun visor, plenty space for headphones for intercom/music/satnav. Lightweight considering all the additional fittings and comfortable. Because of the monstrous screen of the ST1300 I can ride with the helmet open at 60mph with not much noise. Just enough to cover the yap-yap behind me Don't think is a good option for sport bikes because you will find lighter helmets that won't stress your neck as much although new flip-up's are almost as light. Would I go back to normal full face? Nah, but I'm not going back to sport bikes
22. I'm with rennie on this. Parts are made in china anyway so I'll be looking for a china/UK deal instead

No Excuse!

For clarity. I never said the bike is bad or Suzuki is a brand that people shouldn't trust. I don't know if the bike is in good condition or not because I can only see a bit of the chain and rear sprocket. My comments are aimed solely to the dealer (as others here did the same) which is by negligence compromising Suzuki's reputation and to the guy who took the bike away in that condition. Anyone trying to imply that I meant anything else, bite me

No Excuse!

Says the man who went well south to pick up a bike bought presumably off photos? And assuming it has only 51 miles I can't see what else could be under the covers plus it should have at least a partial manufacturers warranty. I went well south to get an over 30yr old bike knowing very well what I was getting. The value was considering the worst case and I was ready to walk away if I wasn't happy with the bike. After spending well under the budget the bike is running perfectly so I had a pretty good deal
