1. I'm on my 3rd Huawei phone and won't budge from them. Moved to Virgin recently because they had a great deal at the time. I always do this: Check energy suppliers every 2 months Check for internet suppliers 1 month before existing contract ends Check for deals on mobile phone every 6 months, some deals include they paying your surcharge for leaving early Make sure you use more than 1 comparison website and go directly to the company's site to make sure you don't miss out. It's a bit of a faffle but saves you money
2. Happy birthday Throttled
3. Saturday 06/06/20 update Last few days I have made good progress and all stitching in the cover is done. It does fit, now just need to fix the side hooks (found a couple plastic nice ones fooling around the garage so those will do Next and final stage is to stitch the fixings for the tank bag. It's from a BMW 1100 that I got from a charity shop, a wee bargain of tank bag and 2 panniers bags for £35.
4. Same as dynax Most the time you get the frames going up and down, you would need professional software to correct the images both the frames and sharpening the image. You will end up with a 340X340 resolution.
5. Sure, but the seat doesn't make go any faster. Even my posh behind doesn't deserve $700 cloth to sit on
6. Do you want the real price or the price I told my wife it cost ....... with postage it was £695 I know Corbin are supposed to be the dogs danglies but I don't see 700 quids worth. I have had several seats doctored by Marty Walker at https://smartrrrs.store.buegle.com/index.php/online_purchasing/?k=:6:: He can do anything you want with a seat at a fraction of the price. If you are happy with it that's all that counts. Let us know what you think of it after a few months of riding. .... just under 700 what a bargain. You can buy a whole bike with that
7. For a moment I thought you were talking about Jeremy's seat....
8. This definitely won't be for everybody's taste and I would be very surprised if most here would like it. But you have to appreciate that is different and is far more than an instrument, according to Koto Master Tokiko Kimura is also a culture ( as pretty much everything in Japan )

Best to be vigilant though......they can spontaneously erupt at any time. Like mushrooms.

Hello!

Mate, we are too old for quickies.... Welcome to the forum
11. DISCLAIMER: This is author's view on climate change and how to control it. Is meant to amuse those with a sense of humour and wind-up those who don't have it Many other theories are available and as stupid as this one. No complaints are accepted other than in handwriting with 10 copies. Sent to my address or 10, Downing st. How to control climate change First the facts. The area of the world's ocean is about 362 million square kilometers. 1mm raise would be 362,000,000,000 X 0.001 (m) = 0.362 km3 It is estimated that currently there are: Whales 15,000 With average volume of 50 m3 sharks 1,000,000,000 average volume of 5 m3 Manta ray 50,000 (estimated) average volume of 10 m3 Turtles/Tortoises 1,500,000 (estimated) average volume of 0.5 m3 Dophins 750,000 average volume of 4 m3 Orca 50,000 average volume of 10 m3 Seal 750,000 average volume of 1.5 m3 4,295 OF 1,000 tonne long tankers 50,000 mercant ships Impossible to calculate the amount of rock and peebles thrown daily into the sea. calculating all the volumes from above: 15,000 X 50 m3 = 750,000 m3 1,000,000,000 X 5 m3 = 5,000,000,000 m3 50,000 X 10 m3 = 500,000 m3 1,500,000 X 0.5 m3 = 750,000 m3 750,000 X 4 m3 = 3,000,000 m3 50,000 X 10 m3 = 500,000 m3 750,000 X 1,125,000 m3 total 5,006,625,000 m3 tankers 1,288,500 TONNES == Considering 1/3 in water Mercant ships 50,000 X 360m X 65m X 25m = 29,250,000,000 m3 Total volume will be (in km3 (1 bn m3) 5 km3 (live animals) 0.1 km3 (tankers) 29.250 km3 (merchant ships) total 34 km3 By removing all of them from the ocean the water would lower 93.92mm or just under 10cm. This not counting stopping kids and adults throwing stones at sea which probably accounts for another 20mm... Another theory: Oceans are currently changing and loosing oxigen. Now making hydrogen is splitting the 2 main gases from water, if one is almost gone extracting hydrogen will be much easier. making fuel cell engines chaper to run.
12. Yeah I think you're right! Maybe some very invasive adds is the way to go only kidding thats one thing I don't want to do You can't beat youtube on ads...
13. Add to it that heavier riders have more stable speeds
14. By any chance you know how much it costs?
15. Making progress Cover is all welded Detail of welding process Base is almost all done, will need to remove the temp frame to weld behind it This is after sanding with new mini multi tool. The entire surface will need sandig before the resin and carbon fibre is applied, so this finish is quite good
16. If you want to ensure your bike doesn't go anywhere you would need to fit an anchor to the pavement. Then you would need a titanium lock (Steel can be frozen and broken). The best is to connect the garage door to the mains
17. Very true. My oem pressure is 36psi but I prefer 42psi. This is when I get a better feel of the tyres
18. Last year I got myself a TPMS. A simple one, you put the sensors over the air valve and you have a reader that will go on when the bike moves. You will see that the pressure naturally drops if the bike is parked for some time. The most common pressure loss other than a slow puncture it could be dirt that got in between the tyre and the wheel. This could have been when the tyre was fitted the guy wasn't careful enough and you only need a small grain of grit to make it go wrong. It could be that the wheel is starting to get corroded, scratched aluminium will oxide and will form a dust that makes the wheel coarse letting air through. You shouldn't top-up tyres when they are hot because it hot air in the wheel mixing with cold under pressure air will change the pressure around the tyre, in theory you will have spots of low and high pressure within the tyre. This will be balanced when the wheel starts moving but it will be there when you top-up. Also, the pressure will increase as the tyre warms up. Much more on the rear tyre. I've noticed since I installed the TPMS that the rear tyre goes from the 40PSI I start with all the way to 50PSI on a warm day. The temperature will go from whatever the outside temperature is, say 8c to high 20's, this because the rear wheel takes the heat from the engine and there is little fresh air ventilation to it. The front wheel, because is at the front it takes far longer to heat up and the pressure won't increase as much. But both will go up. This is another reason why if you need to top-up the tyres while riding is because you have an issue being either a puncture or a faulty wheel.
19. DON'T USE ENGINE OIL IN THE CHAIN!!!! There are little things you can use the engine oil in. This because engine oil have several different chemicals that will destroy non-metallic parts. I use the old engine oil as a paving slab protector. Drop a small quantity over a slab and scrub it with a hard garden broom. It will stop moss to grow on it
20. Then we have this soberb, beautiful voices
21. The whole album is FABULASTIC But this one is just special
22. Yep will need a O1 inspection for 150kg total. I read about it on the trailer parts supplier and the gov.uk website, the nearest inspection station is either Aberdeen or Edinburgh
23. I had the one with the chain but the space was too narrow and I had to get a metal band one. Not sure if the leather one won't start slipping if the filter was fitted too tight.
