Almost forgot. If you wear glasses you are required to have a spare set. Your helmet is required to have reflecting stickers There is a lot of confusion about alcohol breathalyzers. you can get a par for less than a fiver on ebay so maybe worth have one just in case.

insurance green card. Some insurers are issuing them. If you're travelling to Paris or other large cities you will need a crit certificate. This is a tax on emissions for city centre access. You will need to ask NHS for a health card. Double check the need for international driving license. Covid app should be enough as evidence.

I'm gutted. Saturday got on the bike at 7:20am. Rode to Galashiels, Abington services to join the BACA chapter then head up to Manchester. Most of the day was spent riding. 9pm we headed up back home. Got home at 7am Sun I didn't managed to do a 24h run

I would ask my insurance company who they want you to deal with. If the other driver's insurer want to deal with you directly it means they are trying to save admin payments to your insurer. Maybe you can get something out of them if you deal with the other insurer.

I also use the car's compressor if I go on a longer trip. If your trips are short then checking the pressure before setting out will be good enough. If touring you maybe want to consider a TMPS, it's very handy and you have the pressure and temperature in real time

I use these ones https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/275167315439?chn=ps&var=575437674296&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=7101533165274578&mkcid=2&itemid=575437674296_275167315439&targetid=4585169652812020&device=c&mktype=&googleloc=&poi=&campaignid=412354547&mkgroupid=1305120599331881&rlsatarget=pla-4585169652812020&abcId=9300541&merchantid=87779&msclkid=2580ef8d3b831a3ca8b08dec34379ec0

To be fair to the station's staff. Any stolen fuel will be taken from their wages. Who's to say that a certain bike isn't stolen? If a thief takes a stolen bike to fill up and takes a run the station will not be able to recover the money and that will be taken from the poor guy's salary. Keep in mind that they don't make much more than minimum wage. It is discriminatory yes but a very frequent event. Pay at the pump would be the ideal option as you are giving your card details before filling up. Note this is a fairly common practice in the continent.

The beauty of having a flip up helmet...

Check if you will need an international driving license. For UK licenses travelling into EU there are different IL depending on the countries we will be riding.

My first Huawei sister's brand Honor did that. Then I found out that I could unlock the phone b showing pretty much any face. Since, face recognition has been disabled and I only use fingerprint to unlock the phone and the most important apps.

The only useful feature I've found so far on Icrap is the turn off button...

I'll be doing it from top to bottom (or the other way round). Instead of tiling will use laminate splashback. I have a good Bosh router that will do the job. Just don't need that enormous jig in the garage. Have no plans to fit another kitchen

Happy weekday nice people Hi for everybody else So after some debating and struggle I had to order the new kitchen.. And to be honest got tired of hearing that I've been planning the new kitchen for the last 3 years... So today I got the worktops and units will be arriving next week. (He says in his optimistic tone). Was advised to get the jig for the joints for the worktops. They said this is the one I need Got it today... bloody thing is ginormous Any kitchen fitters around in need of this? Will be available once I'm done fitting the kitchen. And for the look of it I can't take more than a few days doing it.

You would think is that easy. Now try to convince Honda to get you parts for a US model.. Will need SKF (who actually supplies Honda) but no more dodgy brands.
