So the time has come for the renewal of the Shadow's insurance. Currently with Onecall on both Shadow and Pan I have been offered a £40 discount on each policy. Renewal quote is £137 minus the discount making it £97. Nearest quote (moneysupermarket comparison site) is £99 from MCE. Main difference is breakdown cover on MCE is UK only while Onecall is Europe cover. It is always worth go shopping around, although apparently, worth to stick with the devil you know Adding to it, Onecall is now offering interest free 11 monthly payments.

You would be better than most

Good morning troops. For those in her majesty Sturgeon kingdom and are working in construction. The company I work now is looking for 3 civil estimators. If of interest please PM (not Boris...)

The only real alternative to BT is Virgin who have their own infrastructure. What you will get from any other supplier is a different costumer service on BT network. Because I can't get Virgin where I live I'm using Zen internet and I'm very happy with the costumer service. connection is shait because it's BT

Where did I mention DRL?

1st January 2016 The introduction of AOH (always on headlights) which applies to all new motorcycles imported into the UK from 1st January 2016 is a source of concern to MAG. MAG is concerned that this has been pushed through by EU bureaucrats with no evidence to prove that it will deliver enough benefit to justify the measure.

Keep in mind that it is mandatory for motorbikes to have the dipped headlights on at all times while ridding. I would advise a trickle charger at home over night instead.

Weekend starts today with a trip to Manchester. Friday 9am appointment in Portuguese Consulate. After this, come back home to see if cat is still alive Would prefer to take my time coming up again and enjoy the ride. Meaning that Sat, after caring for the damn thing I'll be out again The girl I'm taking is the Pan. Faster and long range to allow fewer stops.

Time for a change then Keep in mind some companies may charge for the electricity at cost.

You would cut the joint on the left if the side rest is in the correct position. If not enough you can cut some on the other joint. Make sure the new holes for the bolts are done correctly. Make sure you have enough space for the wheel to stay on the trolley.

Got this off ebay. took less than 2min including taking the photos. As easy as 1 2 3 Minimal effort and at no point it felt like was about to fall down

That's the beauty of it. Free electricity and I get the tax return from my car allowance because I use my EV for work
-
80 miles each way. I can easily do 200 on a charge. 180 in winter.

Just to think that yesterday I got a full battery on my Leaf while at work... Enough to get home and back to the office on one charge

You just spoiled all the fun of it.

Have you heard the saying. Measure 10 times cut once and buy again because you didn't measure it properly? As @Mississippi Bullfrog says, try it before cutting and make sure the adjuster is on the correct position.

Have you action the forks several times to remove all the air from the inner tube?

Hello everybody I wonder if anyone here can assist. I'm travelling to Manchester this Thursday Evening (14/7/22) coming back to Scotland on Friday. Does anyone knows of any free parking places near Portland Street where I can leave the Pan overnight? The only places I could find are in NCP carparks but when I try to book a place the website can't recognize the bike Thanks in advance.
