Last camping site in Porthtowan nice place to spend the night with the rain banging on the tent Torrential rain from since entering the M5 all the way to 10 miles away from the site. Wet to the bones. Monday morning, a couple of showers but strong wind dries everything quickly Very happy with the trailer, threshold speed is 85 after that the risk of fish tailing is substantial. Below that is great.

Rust on Chrome handle bars, Rust on Aluminium block
husoi replied to applicationcen's topic in Pitstop
Rust in chrome is easy, kitchen foil and elbow grease. Aluminium doesn't rust as steel, it creates a sulphate that looks like the anodization is peeling off. You will need to clean it properly, remove the sulphate and apply some aluminium paint to it to replace the anodization. -

tasks for today: Check: tyres pressure, bike and trailer oil level bike only obviously reverse the bike. For this I will need to take shadow, trailer and air compressor out o I have enough space. Load final luggage into the trailer and lock it. Check they trailer is locked 3 times Make sure I know where all keys are. (not saying names but wouldn't be the first to lock the garage with keys inside) Take the cat to my friends' house for the week Have a wee rest Get up at 4am, personal hygiene, geardup and put the bike out, attach trailer. Must not forget the let the wife on the bike Turn sat-nav, intercom, tmps on connect phone and intercom to gps start the bike finish putting on the gear (helmet and gloves Swear several times while taking gloves off because I forgot to check the house keys in my pocket and that I closed the top box and need to open it 3 times to put some stuff in. put gloves back on. depart for my holidays at around 5am Taking bets as leaving at 5am will never happen

Exercise will definitely help as long is the right type of exercise. You would be looking for respiratory exercises instead of traditional fitness ones. There is also a relation between asthma and stress. So meditation could contribute to improvement. One thing that will help is having good quality eucalyptus oil on a oil burner ALWAYS with added water. This prevents the oil from overheat and becoming mildly toxic and ineffective. Another oil that can be used together with eucalyptus is tea tree oil, another type of eucalyptus tree. There is a natural treatment for respiratory problems that I regularly use (when needed of course). This consists of, 1 teaspoon of turmeric 1/2 lemon juice as much honey as you like to cut the bitterness. mix all together and take it during the day in 1 or 2 teaspoon doses. NOTE: As an adept of natural remedies I don't discard the use of chemical treatment as in my opinion they can complement each other. In no way I would ever advocate replacing one with the other. I'm in no way suggesting that you MUST do this but it works for me and some of my friends/acquittances.

Another one that although won't be for everybody's taste, one must recognise how technically good these guys are.

It takes a great (immense) deal of self-discipline to only eat what you are supposed to. Not only in quality but also in quantity. Up to my early 40's I would eat everything not caring if I would be stuffing myself, my weight was always around 60kg Mid 40's onwards even a deep breath makes me heavier.

I'm as fit as I was 20 years ago. Not my fault if clothes naturally shrink and stuff gets heavier...

Well... How am I supposed to ride with crossed fingers?????

Good wet, windy morning. Ideal for my holidays...

After spending 1/3 insulting myself yesterday, today I decided to fix the mirror So went from this And well wasted my time spraying the bike for now having this Temp (or maybe definitive) Fred Flintstone type mirror Not too bad and it works. A dedicated stick on mirror from ebay will cost just under £15 while an original from Honda will be over £100.

You would have heard that is less armful to burn trees than coal based on CO2 and pollutants emissions. As some clever scientist have pointed out, burning trees is also armful to the environment. Basically, burning anything that smokes will be armful, to what extent depends on size and type of material i.e. if is carbon based. Even cremation is armful to the environment, after all we are carbon based
