  1. Officially 2 petrol stations, 1 just a few yards from the station with a sign saying petrol. Both I posted the 44 card. So you owe me 20 points
  2. Have my score been discarded?
  3. Humm....
  4. How about if you post a couple pics with the seat open so we can see what is happening?
  5. And I bet she was a delightful lady Like the complete opposite of her grandson
  6. Today I finished a table for the trailer split in 3 sections so it fits nicely inside the trailer. Anchors onto the trailer's locks and have 2 removable legs. Is kept straight by means of the central locking bar while the latch catches keep it together. Made out of plywood (table) softwood (legs) oak (locking bar) PVC frame and H joining profile. Think that this completes the trailer
  7. Even in normal operation you wouldn't have that type of current. 23W for 1 brake light does around 1.65A As @Stu says, when in rest the switch is open and no current are passing. You have a parallel switch circuit for the pedal but the current is the same and open circuit until actioned. You should check for some insulation being damaged.
  8. I always have it as part of the insurance. even if separate I realised that becomes cheaper like that. The car have a dealer breakdown cover The Pan have European breakdown while shadow is UK only. Tried to get a deal on both and was far too expensive.
  9. That will work if you don't hit bumpy roads and your phone is waterproof. I've looked at several alternatives for my shadow and ended up making my own phone mount. case cost under £25 and mount I believe was from a £1 land Only had to drill 1 hole for the bolt to the mount. Not pretty but very practical and perfect for waze
  10. Factory one sits further down because is a lot smaller. Maybe you can use the space on the back for storage
  11. Not much today, Sat will have a ride to Duns Sun will go for a ride. In the intervals will be finishing the newish metal shed Materials for the refurbishment of the shadow's seats are on the way but don't think it will be here before next week. That is next project on the shadow. If stuff arrives today, probably not, will be making an electronic fuel gauge for the shadow during the evening.
  12. Do both a you will should be replacing the fork oil while you do the job.
  13. Yep. Don't think they are as well known as in the US. One more reason to join
  14. I meant while travelling abroad..
  15. Good morning and happy solstice
  16. Considering that travelling conditions are more volatile than stock markets I'm definitely postponing any trip abroad to 2022. Rather shorter trips within UK and save the dosh for next year. Imagine what I can do with all the money to be spent in tests and all that crap. I just wonder if you spend 1 week alone on your bike if that counts as self-isolation...
  17. Wee update now that restrictions have eased, I'm pleased to report that I was invited for my first meeting with them I know it will take a long time until I can declare being a member. Looking forward to the journey
  18. I've cancelled planning for my trip to Italy/Croatia this year. Anything happening will be next one.
  19. Happy birthday Bender. Almost twins with @stu eh?
  20. The second task was to finish the new hinges for the trailer. Nickel platted so it won't rust, Then fitted onto the trailer. From the outside you won't see much Inside, there is plenty space for the bolts and the cover have a good clearance I'm sure that with 2mm thickness it will take a lot to break it Stress test to around 85 kg and didn't bulge Then press it in the vice and same result. Don't ask me how strong is the vice It is now ready for another trip
  21. Fitted a bolt in the vacuum port of the shadow. Cutting a long story short, I'm an eegit and removed the bolt to tune the carbs and forgot to put it back. Now it is running properly.

  24. Anker cables are famous within the Android community for their superior quality. So far they are the only ones I can get the Android auto to work in the car.
  25. Was that before or after the latest IOS update? Try restarting the phone. Icrap never liked 3rd party connections.
