About 3 months......courtesy of a diesel spill on a blind corner......There was nothing I could do to avoid it......so the bike went down the road on its side, with me following it!........not much damage to the bike, or me......

Spanner is probably your man for a suitable wiring diagram........give him a shout (pm).......

Is the fan coming on? I'd be inclined to check the voltage at the battery when the bike is running.....just to make sure it's not going over voltage. Did you remove anything to replace the Regulator?......maybe you've trapped some tubing or wiring when it went back together.....

Check the voltage at the battery with the bike running.......may be over charging. Fuses do age......what did the blown fuse look like? Was it all black on the inside, or was there just a crack in the fuse wire?
