Guest Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 I had to get an XL jacket (alpine star, or something) so it fits my shoulders and back, but taking it home it looks a bit daft.. My shoulders look beyond square and f**king huge.Any ideas? Quote

Guest Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 Now just for the damn helmet, my over-thinking self thinks even this small moves a little bit too much now I've had some time to wear it for a bit longer at home I've followed all the steps online about fitness and I can't pull it over from the back but it's a little close. It's snug on my cheeks and forehead but.. I dunno.. I'm guessing the shop also won't take it back now as they have no proof I haven't dropped it? Quote
MR_W Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 Shop may be able to change the pads if they are decent enough to help the fit Quote
Guest Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 Shop may be able to change the pads if they are decent enough to help the fit I didn't know they could do such a thing, thanks for the heads up. They Helped with fitting and also fitted my pinlock (since they could tell I was a newbie). I've got my CBT on Sat.. I'll see what the instructor says and also how it feels/how noisy it is. Quote
Arwen Posted February 3, 2016 Posted February 3, 2016 Wait until you get some leathers. The armour feels even more massive in them than it does in textiles! Quote
