fullscreenaging Posted February 22, 2019 Posted February 22, 2019 I will be watching it on my phone while at work
rennie Posted February 22, 2019 Author Posted February 22, 2019 I will be trying not to wake up stupidly early and watch it live
rennie Posted February 23, 2019 Author Posted February 23, 2019 Well!nobody mentioned him! I failed! I'm up at stupid O'clock
Westbeef Posted February 23, 2019 Posted February 23, 2019 Does that show Rea would have no chance in MotoGP then?
oldgrump Posted February 23, 2019 Posted February 23, 2019 Westbeef Rea had two outings in MotoGP, in 2007 on Casey Stoners Honda finished 7 and 8th, As for Alvaro Bautista, Phillip Island is one off his best tracks, and I reckon if he's hungry for it he's going to give the brits a run for there money this year, And World Superbikes could do with a bit of spice!!! it's a long time since he won his 125 championship in 2006.
rennie Posted February 23, 2019 Author Posted February 23, 2019 I haven't quite got my head around the qualifying "race" thing yet!I'm hoping it will become more clear when I actually see it
oldgrump Posted February 23, 2019 Posted February 23, 2019 rennie I have to wait to catch highlights on Channel 4?, as we don't subscribe to Tv channels, never seem to have time to watch a full race nowadays, apart from when at trackside
gogs01 Posted February 23, 2019 Posted February 23, 2019 An entertaining first race, can't wait to see if the second and third will be the same.I'm hoping Davies, Camier, Lowes and Sykes can do better and, of course Haslam WILL manage to stay on board !
Hoggs Posted February 28, 2019 Posted February 28, 2019 Just watched the highlights (ITV4).well. it was a surprise
SometimesSansEngine Posted February 28, 2019 Posted February 28, 2019 Just watched it myself, must remember never to try and ride off with my paddock stand still on my bike....
fullscreenaging Posted February 28, 2019 Posted February 28, 2019 It’s going to be a very interesting season. The 3 race format is definitely good for the fans. I recieved an email from either MCN or the WSBK website last year asking me to fill a survey in. One of the questions was something about changing the format and it gave a few options. I actually chose the 3 race weekend. I guess a lot more people chose the same
rennie Posted March 1, 2019 Author Posted March 1, 2019 It'll be interesting to see what happens when they get back to the "proper" circuits We enjoyed the racing! good to have bikes back on the TV!and we've missed Jamie Whitham!
rennie Posted March 14, 2019 Author Posted March 14, 2019 So, who is going to win in Thailand this weekend?Bautista again? Rea? someone else?I'll have a punt on Rea getting back to winning ways
