I'm really disappointed with my rate of recovery if I'm honest . I've got a persistent cough that leaves my head feeling like it's going to burst , no appetite at all and a feeling of complete lethargy . The only good thing is that the cough if less frequent . Even if I was hungry there's f**k all in the shops except Easter Eggs . And to cap it all , I don't actually know what's wrong with me .

It's difficult to know! Most of us our age feel lethargic at times.......and the other stuff could just be normal flu.

Make sure you take loads of water in......consistently throughout the day.

As for shops here.......same as normal! Nobody's going crazy like back there!

Just got back from Sainsburys and they will be stopping everyone before entry during the priority shopping hour, they will be asking for proof of elgibility and suffice to say even the NHS staff without anyform of ID will be refused, so i have just dug out my documents as a carer for my OH so all should be good, as i said before i hate having to to do stuff like this but needs must :thumb:

Daughter told me she bought bog roll in Portsmouth Sainsbury's as per normal. Looks like the f**k wits have finally realised that it's still available.

The worst thing is going to be the wastage, all these idots panic buying will end up chucking away most of the stuff they bought as it won't get used, as they will still keep shopping as normal or buying more if they still can, just sheer lunacy

By the way this is a highly highly contagious virus so if you have any symptoms you need to call and get the test and isolate immediately to stop the spread. The medical professionals will advise you better so it's best to speak to them if you need only to isolate or need to go to the hospital to prevent further damage/increased risk.

Alternatively don't be selfish and share it and pass it on to the morons that deserve to get it

I was rather hoping that the poll would yield some interesting results but it seems to become rather forgotten . I've weighed up all the anecdotal evidence and decided , in retrospect , to change my status to YES . Many people describe having the feeling of a severe hangover complete with a headache that lasts for days ☑️ High temperature ☑️ Total loss of appetite ☑️ No sense of smell or taste ☑️ And of course a persistent dry cough ☑️ Well I've had the lot so I'm about 80% convinced that I've had Coronavirus but until reliable testing is available, I'll never know . Stay in , stay well .

Good to hear you got over it Bob!

I wish we'd have further updates from the "Maybes" though. Who were they? Did they actually have it?

I know that i haven't had it, and even before lock down i was doing self isolating as a precaution,

Glad you have got through it fastbob

Tough times ahead... This next month is going to be dreadful. All those people who caught the virus before the government finally decided to act will be getting sick and soon start dying. Unnecessarily.

Britain has a functioning opposition as from tomorrow.......providing Keir Starmer gets it! Which looks to be the case!

Never has it needed one more, without Parliament amid a deepening national crisis that the Govt has lost control of!

Glad you seem to have got over it @fastbob !

Who is the 2nd. yes?

I've wondered that from the start .

If it's a member that hasn't been seen for a while then it's cause for concern.

And if it's someone taking the piss then ban the twat!

Bit extreme XTtreme. I don't think the W.H.O is using the data to strategize. I would be interested to know who the other is though just because I'm nosey. I think I may have had it back in January before it got all commercialised and went mainstream. Most of the systems and still have the remnants of a cough

Not really.......it gets people unnecessarily worried about friends they may have on here!

Particularly if they haven't been on for a while.

I also had a cold in January that left me with a persistent cough for a week or two . Apparently this strain of cold is known to scientists . I had fully recovered from that when I fell ill again about four weeks ago . Trust me , there is no comparison to what I've just had . So it would be unwise for you , and me for that matter , to assume that you have had Coronavirus . It would have been good if testing had been available earlier but we are going to have to wait a while for that .I will definitely be seeking a retrospective test at the earliest opportunity .

Ok.... So how do you prove they didn't genuinely think they had it? I know you're the expert on Coronavirus but if you can do this I will be impressed.

If they thought they had it.......and didn't......then they should have changed their vote.

The Poll allows users to do that.......I set it up that way in case circumstances changed.

As it is......one is Bob.......the other two are unaccounted for!

I'm not sure the forum and this thread in particular is everyone's top priority right now (or ever). I'm sure whoever it is doesn't mean to make anyone worry and hasn't even remembered that they took part in the survey or realised it was meant to be updated in real time (I didn't but luckily I'm still a no so hopefully I can stay). There are many people that join up for a day or two who are never seen again so it's probably one of them. If anything is going to make people worry it will be the constant commentary on how Britain is doomed.

It's gone back down to 2 now

You mean down to one . That one is definitely me then so the other person must have taken themselves off at last . I'm recovered now but I changed my status to YES yesterday ( See post )
