Coffee machine's...

Well the wife decided we needed one, I was informed that the ones with the steam frothing wand were too expensive and if I'm honest although I was showing signs of interest in reality my eyes had rolled back into my head and I had gone into a self induced coma. 

 

Fast forward a week , well it was used once and never switched on again hmmmm, now I like a coffee, but I also like the time sitting and talking and eating huge amounts of calories at the same time, non of this really happens at home. 

 

I try once a week to meet the daughter for coffee at 7am, its a nice hour we probably wouldn't get to spend together otherwise, come round for a non environmentally friendly brew doesn't have the same draw that and if she came to ours that early she would be very scary  

 

Anywho I digress, I've found a much better use for it, I give you the Baileys latte you don't even need a fancy glass, large dose of bailey's in first and it keeps temp low enough, think I may have put a tad too much in for first go but as I drink it I'm thinking maybe not

I love my coffee machine. Have it set on a timer to make me a coffee 5 minutes after my alarm goes off 

 

I also have an aeropress at work ( bit like a cafetiere that uses a paper filter) I've become a bit of a coffee snob as I've got older!!

I've an aeropress and a hand grinder which I quite literally take with me everywhere plus of course the requisite coffee beans. It's easy for me as I like my coffee black and no sugar.
