Hi, when we get all 9 numbered pubs and/or cafes do we get a bonus 50 points?

I think 9 plus the bonus ball (highest number). That would complete the group.

Correct! The highest number is just the highest you wanna go for - if that's 10 or 10000!

Having declared a high number, can you change your mind if you find a higher number or is it a one shot deal?

You know me I'm very flexible! I'll allow high number upgrades but no additional points available (apart from the hoggs bonus at the end of the year for higher!!) 

 

If you are submitting a number "upgrade" please mention this when posting the picture

So I had a 35 and a 91. I used the 91 as my 9. So I'm guessing the 35 is my highest number. 

Didn't I see someone had a million? That's gonna be hard to beat.

This is correct. @Throttled gets Scottish leeway and I'll allow it for the end of round bonus but its not beating the current leader who I believe *checks horrifically out of date notes* is still @Mawsley

 

Maybe you should update the scores properly at some time instead of making the lovely participants do it

It is a numeric concept, where numbers get too large. I missed the earlier debate about its use, but happily accept the Hoggs ruling and I get to keep my 10 points, which is a number less than infinity.

Always on the lookout for tags when riding and I found this one which (I assume) has never been tagged - I know these were 'tags' in a previous round but....

@Hoggs Can I claim, some points for this (also the furthest 'tag' south in the UK).

 

NB. There was also a pub called 'King Charles III' - That was quick!

Passed this on Sunday and though I'd found an unexpected random Hogg's cafe to add to the list, it wasn't until

I came to post it that I realised my mistake In my defense it was on a national speed limit when I noticed it

The Midlands does seem to have a large spread but to be fair it's about the same as the Scottish ones.

Scotland has the largest spread for sure 280 odd miles between the furthest places.

The East Midlands one has a 200 mile distance between furthest places. 

The South West one is about 200 miles.

since I had to decide where to draw the lines it's not near a coast therefore it's the Midlands 

A few years ago there was OUTRAGE I had all of the North as one so had to split that. I don't really want to start creating more work for myself so unless you all throw your toys out prams about it it's probably not going to change
