In all fairness to the NHS, I've been in a few times this past week with the wife and have been whizzed straight through to see an appropriate bod double quick. The problems comes when trying to get things to happen between departments - they all seem to use different systems and there's an almighty delay to get things done. The problem isn't immigration, it's bloody paperwork!

How do you rate an open pit lane to a standard sessions day? What were track speeds like - high inters to advanced?

Right, you didn't mention the OD of the zx6r bearing which is 47mm... Personally, I would look at going a different route - either shim the OEM er6 spindle or machine the wheel to accept the zx6r bearing. This way you won't have problems sourcing a bearing in the future. I know zx6r rims are a bit pricey but getting a set of those would be easiest.

That's why I went LTD too - if something I touch causes painful nastiness that my insurance won't cover then I won't lose the house (and testes once Mrs Fro finished with me).

Then pay £15 and wait for the paperwork to come through. If (like me) you don't start trading straight away you're company will be dormant so you don't have to file anything with HMRC.

Have a look at This. It'll give you an idea how to go about fiddling your carbs (you want the low rpm version I think). You're lucky insofar as you've only got one carb to play about with. I've used this guide and got reasonably close to ideal conditions but you really can't beat a dyno run.
